I'm highly ashamed of my favorite location they had no business being closed on fifth of November when
my wife was get me some food while I was in hospital unprofessional. There so call reason was they had cleaning . Bs real reason was to play around and talk they I see a lot of . DO NOT EVER PULL STUNT AGAIN UNDERSTOOD.

I ordered my food at about 12:20pm. It still isn't here and it's nearly 1pm. I called the location to ask of my food had left with a driver yet or if it was still sitting at the restaurant. Whatever women answered the phone should be fired. Seriously, she was snappy and very rude. I wasn't mean to her and was simply saying that I wasn't able to look it up online. It kept saying I didn't have an order. She must have been yelling for the manager but all I heard was some other person is on the phone complaining about their food. It was loud and her tone and the way she said it can't even be described in a message. You could tell she didn't care and was sick of people altogether. The manager however was wonderful. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering and annoying him like the rude lady that answered the phone. After receiving my food I quickly ate about half of it as I had no time left of my break and it had so much oil and vinegar that it wasn't that great. It was like my sandwich sat submerged in a bowl of it. I was pretty disappointed ?

I always pick this location for pickup because it's easy to get to I live the atmosphere and the employees are super friendly.

Tried ordering delivery through the app. The order wouldn't go through and said something about "cannot move basket". I tried trouble shooting. I tried calling the store to order and was put on hold until I hung up. I then went on to the website to place an order and successfully ordered. Then a minute later my first order showed up. Apparently it did go through even though the app still showed that it hadn't. I tried calling the store again. The kid answering the phone kept repeating that all orders were out for delivery. I kept asking for him to look up my specific order number to rectify the double orders. The second order arrived 45 minutes later. I was charged $100 for three sandwiches. I tried calling the store multiple times and never got passed to a manager. I wrote to corporate asking for a refund of the duplicate order. They passed my concern on the the store manager who still hasn't called me 5 days later. Don't order from this location unless you want to be double charged and your calls/emails to be ignored. Also, the orders that arrived were wrong.

Food so fast you'll freak. I used to work at a Jimmy John's so I know what goes on behind the counter. This jj location does everything right. Absolutely perfect. Only complaint would be side of town but that's outside of their control
Vegetarian options: They have a couple clearly labeled options for vegetarians as well as the option to "unwich" any menue item (replacing the bread with iceberg lettuce)

Terrible experience. Employee was screaming at customers and refusing them service. I left without checking my sandwich and it didn’t have any of the add ons I asked for. Will not be back.

They put the wrong sandwich in the bag and said there was nothing they could do about it because I already ate it. Im sorry but I was hungry and didn’t have time to wait an hour for them to fix their mistake. Most places would have offered a coupon for a free sandwich for messing up an order. I guess with Jimmy Johns they just tell people to pound sand when they screw up. I will say the delivery driver was very nice and professional.

I recently ordered from Jimmy John's #382 and had a disappointing experience. My order was never delivered, despite waiting well beyond the estimated delivery time. It was over 1 and a half hour from the time I placed the order. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but received no response or update about my order. I finally was able to get a hold of a so-called manager and she that they had 10 orders and mine was the third stop. The sandwiches were not delivered and I had to call back to cancel the order. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is unacceptable.
I had high hopes for this place, but this experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope the shop can improve its service and reliability for future customers.
Takes wayyyyyy too long for delivery. 1 hour +. Somehow they still get tips. What a joke.

I ordered 1 sandwich. Waited 45 minutes for no delivery. I called, and they said, "Oh, we haven't even made it yet!" Freaky fast is an absolute joke from this place. If you want to order a sandwich for delivery, you should probably order a day in advance, and then may be just may be you will get it on your next lunch break.... I should have read the other horrible reviews before ordering...
