I went in today to pick up an uber eats order. Two men were right by the counter and speaking. They refused to awknowledge me and my order was right in front of them. When I said hello I’m here for X the man turned me to and was so rude. He’s like here is your order and went back talking. This place sucks. I’ve been here as a regular customer and the service is always bad.

Gave me a sandwich with literally only cheese and lettuce on it. The guy making it (idk name, black hair) was clearly disinterested in his job and not paying attention. Made us take the sandwich back to “fix it”, was very apathetic to the fact they they messed up. Worst customer service. Don’t go here go to the one in Woodbury. Honestly subway is better at this point

i am making an complaint. this worker named milo chang messed up my order and gave me the wrong drink with random ingredients inside, there was a bunch of forks and sauces in the bag and only an 4 inch foot long that was not my order. another thing is that the food was dropped off on the street and i am so disappointed how he served me.
I give this place a 1 star review because one of the workers there name milo doesn't know how to work. They completely messed up my order on purpose when I wasn't doing any harm or saying anything disrespectful. I honestly thought this place was good but the service here was completely not okay. please teach your employee's to be a better cashier.

One of your workers Milo, messed up the order didn’t make the sandwich correct, added a bunch of random sauces, added a bunch of forks. His two coworkers tried to lie saying he wasn’t there, and once we went back outside he came out to the front. He did it for revenge, bad coworker!! Wrong drink, and didn’t even bring the chips. Whoever delivered, delivered on the SIDEWALK! Not even by our house. 0 stars! Even cut up the sandwich, when didn’t ask on the receipt.

This place has recently become freaky slow. They frequently mess up my orders, albeit in small ways, e.g. forgetting the onions or ranch that I ordered. Employees often don't know their own menu. But overall not a horrible Jimmy John's.
Vegetarian options: There is basically one and only one vegetarian sandwich: the #6 veggie. But it comes in a regular size, large size, or Little John size.

This is a competently run Jimmy Johns that's great to their customers. If they mess up an order, they will go above and beyond to fix it. Their delivery is slow, but that's true for most places these days.
