This place has recently become freaky slow. They frequently mess up my orders, albeit in small ways, e.g. forgetting the onions or ranch that I ordered. Employees often don't know their own menu. But overall not a horrible Jimmy John's.
Vegetarian options: There is basically one and only one vegetarian sandwich: the #6 veggie. But it comes in a regular size, large size, or Little John size.

This is a competently run Jimmy Johns that's great to their customers. If they mess up an order, they will go above and beyond to fix it.
