It took 2 whole hours for my food to arrive to my house less than 10 minutes away. I ordered at 12:30 and arrived at 2:25. I called at 1:50 to see when my food would come and the person who took my call said it left just as I called and yet it didn’t arrive until 2:25. And they added mayo to a sandwich does not normally come with mayo. Normally a very good restaurant but I will never be returning. Very disappointed in them.

My delivery order for 5 blocks away took 1 hour. The tomatoes were mushy and mealy, the cucumber was frozen then thawed so it was dark and gross, and they don't read notes to cut it in half. It used to be better. At least use fresh tomatoes, the ones on my sandwich made me gag.

The manager is a jerk and treats the staff crappy. The food and other workers are great.
Jimmy John's isn't really my favorite sandwich restaurant, but this is the best location I can think of. There are like 8 people working there at all times, and of the several times I've gone here every time the food service is very quick (sometimes even instant).
