Ordered a sandwich for delivery with instructions to leave it on my front porch. The delivery driver called me and asked me to run out to the street because he didn't want to walk up the sidewalk. If I have to get dressed and go out to the street, I might as well just take it a step further and go pick something up myself instead of ordering delivery. And if I'm doing all that, I'm definitely going to get something other than Jimmy John's. I won't be ordering from Jimmy John's again and already deleted the app.

There's nothing freaky fast here. Everytime I order lunch from this location the delivery has taken over 1 hour. The delivery drivers are incompetent and lazy. Each time I've specified which door to drop the order, and each time the driver has failed to deliver because they can't read. I work in a school building and many of my coworkers have had the same issues. Someone makes a delivery order at least once a week and yet every time there has been an issue with delivery. They simply cannot follow directions and we order from here regularly. When you call the store they will always insist the order is on its way, yet I'm left waiting for my food well after my lunch break is over. We work on very rigid schedules and depend on the timely deliveries their company supposedly promises. They are about to lose a lot of business, as my coworkers have also started refusing to order from here anymore. Disappointment is an understatement. Over a year of failed deliveries. I will not be supporting with my business at any of their locations going forward.

I order a sub for my dad who is in a nursing home every week. Door dash is so expensive that it’s nice that they have in house delivery to keep costs down. They are always friendly to him and 99pct right on time. He hates the nursing home food so at least one day a week he gets something he gets to look forward to. You wouldn’t think a sandwich shop could make such a big difference in someone’s life but these guys sure do.

The restaurant was empty when I went there and I only saw two staff at the time; a cashier and the sandwich maker. While the sandwich maker was quick and efficient, the cashier looked like, and gave the aura like she definitions would have preferred to be somewhere else. She didn't greet me or smile. She wasn't rude but she definitely didn't make me feel like she wanted me there. The food was good and the place was clean though. The cashier would be the only bad mark I'd give this visit.

Parking: There are marked spots with signs posted but it's a very tight lot for larger vehicles.

I ordered over the phone, this store is 4 blocks from me but I decided to order out just to stay relaxing at home and help out a driver with a tip. 10 minutes after I ordered I got a text saying Uber was going to pick it up. I placed my order at 11:15 and it is now 11:55 and the driver has not yet picked up my food. I got extra sauce on my sandwich and mayo which will now have the bread soaked. A heads up on the wait time or the possibility of it going through Uber would have been much appreciated. Ordered a drink too which will be water and coke at this point.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst customer service and food I have ever had. They make my sandwich correctly 1/10 times and will REFUSE to make it right. I’ve been overcharged with no resolution. STAY AWAY

i some time go here when I need a quick bit. but gues no sub for me today. the 2 lady that work that day didn't even want to look at me. they seem busy with other task. so I waited pationtly till they where done, but they just kept starting new task and ignored me till a new person came in. they instantly assisted that person. so I just eneded walking out. an went to subway. 4 blocked down the raod. well their goes $100 bucks to subway. and that new person cut me in line. don't evan ask if I was ordering or is done ordering. just walk right up and oreded.

My senior father Walked into this location and the music playing in the restaurant by staff was sooooo inappropriate it wasn't the resturants play list it was offensive and he rushed out because he couldn't believe how nasty the words were this needs to be addressed

Their conversations are more important than them giving you the sandwich or calling it out. The girl on the register needs to stay in the back AWAY from people. No manners, No tact, lots of attitude for no reason.
