I ordered one hour before closing. I waited for 50 minutes before I called the store to cancel my order or just pick it up myself. They asked "Why are you cancelling your order?". I told them that I can just pick it up because I live a block away. They said "You can't pick it up because we're closing, but we can cancel your order."I've never had Jimmy John's before, so this was a great introduction to the franchise. This entire ordeal was a waste of resources and time for an order that could've been resolved by letting the customer pick it up. I don't understand the logic behind the team here, but I'll never order from Jimmy John's again.

I have ordered a few variety boxes from this location for work events and coworkers and have always had an easy, fast, and straightforward experience. Sandwiches are made as expected, not mind blowing but good for an easy snack or quick meal. Not my go-to sandwich place when generally craving a sub, but a great option when serving a group. Parking lot is fairly small, and may be confusing to access if you are not very familiar with the area.

Ordered delivery online, received a phone call saying they had no delivery drivers... Said I could pick up my food. I said please refund me. It's now been a week, no refund. Called the store to see if they would just run the order back as I'm in the office again today... The manager just told me "well, it's been voided in the system"... Offered nothing. We were sitting outside and had 2 àffrícan American men stop by our table and they didn't havé any monéy.. I actually bought them a bottle of Coke, they were very polite and very appreciative of my generosity talk to them for probably half an hour we're the only people out there only one of the first it was very very slow. The manager finally came out and threw us out told us we had to leave with your own customers there for the 3 hours we were sitting there at a table I believe that they were against the two African-American men that came and sat next to us.

I work 2 blocks down the street and ordered for pick up. They were pretty busy when I arrived, but it was still ready in less than 5 minutes and everyone working was so nice and helpful.
Ordered a sandwich and 2 bags of chips one bag was free because I earned the reward. I always tip. However there was no chips be cautious ordering for delivery from here I believe they keep the items and refund them for a tip for themselves. For future reference I guess I'll have to pick up in person because now I have trust issues

I come in here at least once a week for my lunch break. I put a pickup order in, and 7 minutes later the app tells me it's ready. 20 minutes later I go to pick it up, but the guy claims to have just gotten my order and says they are working on a 30 sandwich order. I go out to my truck and read for my half hour break. I stop back in to have the employees look up at me, then put their heads back down and ignore me. Bummer deal, these guys are usually good.

I use to work here and the new management "Dallin" pushed a lot of the old staff out the doors. It was very unprofessional, i've been harassed by this man and was called "bae" which made me very uncomfortable. Every time I tried to speak to this man I was pushed aside because his EGO was to big. He is very unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. I may have to take this up to a judge cause the GM of spin the planet didn't want to listen to anything I have said and pushed me aside.
