Went there for the first time today at 6:30pm. Sign says open till 8:30. Website says open till 8:30. Voice message says open till 8:30. No sign on the door or window stating why they are closed. Disappointed by the lack of communication. Will take my business elsewhere

Got the boba tea. Two flavors. One tasted like Pepto bismo and the other had no flavor at all just color. Incredibly disappointed for $13 worth of drinks. Also it's not a vegan place anymore.

The people are amazing and so nice!! The space is big and good for COVID because the tables are spread out. But I’m a little confused - the menu said Planted Seed on it, as if that’s the company that provides the food? So the food is different from Just/Us? They also were out of a lot of appetizers when we were there (Sunday afternoon). I think they’re going through an ownership change? But I really want to root for this place! I think if they get more organized, they’ll be great!

The new management is AMAZEBALLS. I’m not even vegan, and Ioved their food. Everything was fresh, creative, and delicious. I had “crab cakes” that were both gluten free and vegan. And it was muy delicioso! The tater tots were fluffy and crunchy and perfect with ketchup.I’m leaving a review now because I came here once under the previous chef/management, and it had been such an awful experience that I vowed never to come back under any circumstances, no matter how hangry I was — and I live a block away, so the convenience was hard to beat.But I’m so happy to say that some friends put significant effort into getting me to try this place again about a month ago, and the vegan restaurant is so absolutely different, you just have to come give them a try.(eg: PLEASE SUPPORT THIS VEGAN POC-OWNED BUSINESS SO THEY STICK AROUND AND I DON’T HAVE TO FIND A DIFFERENT LOCAL RESTAURANT WHEN I’M LAZY AND HUNGRY.) kthxbye ❤️

The reviews need to be reset. This location changes more often then a quick change artist. It's not Vietnamese, or a deli or German food or... it's apparently vegetarian or vegan only food.

Great new vegan spot. I popped in on a whim and ordered burger and tots. One of the best vegan burgers I’ve had - messy and delicious. Tots were good too.

Super chill vibe!! Everybody was VERY friendly and helpful!! Brat was FIRE, fries were crispy!! I ordered the chikin philly too and will DEF BE BACK!!
Food was a bit dissapointing. Egg rolls did not look as advertised. Egg rolls and pad thai were overly salted. Spring rolls also came with no meat such as shrimp or pork. Only noodles, lettuce, cilantro.

They bake the french roll fresh in the restaurant for the bahn mi sandwiches. I've only been there once but I'll be coming back for that bread alone.

Tried this place on a whim tonight after noticing it on a walk. I ordered the Thai basil burger and maaaan it was good! I live like a block away so I'll definitely try more things on the menu! The workers inside where also very nice. I noticed they have a walk up Boba tea window so I'm gonna try that soon! The inside has a chill artsy vibe and they have a patio sitting area outside. I'll be back :)
