Josie was our main point of contact! She was there through our indecisiveness of choosing what plated meals we wanted to go with :) We had quite the back and forth deciding but ultimately went with the Prime rib, Walleye, chicken, and a vegan option! Kane's catered our wedding and it was fabulous to work with them!Katie is very responsive to all of our emails and voicemails. I scheduled a funeral luncheon with Josie, who was very friendly, helpful, answered all questions and was very professional. We decided on a two entree buffet. I explained to Jerry Kane, after the event, that the chicken was very moist and tasty, however the roast beef au jus was dry and tough - even with the servers doing there best to submerse the meat into the juices.
