We had a concert downtown and Kincaid's was on the way! It was crazy busy but service was prompt and tables were turned over quickly. For as crowded as it was, it never felt noisy. Food and wine were fabulous as expected

My partner and I went on Valentine’s Day and I ordered the Salmon. It was raw in the middle so I sent it back. They gave me another piece that was also raw inside. I didn’t want to be rude and send it back again so I just said it was fine. Our server walked past us multiple times when we were trying to get her attention to simply get us water. Someone else had to bring it to us. I get it was a busy night but come on. For what we paid it should have been better. Still tipped.

We went there for Valentines day They had a couples special for a fixed price. We had the filet and shrimp and they were done perfectly to our liking. Clam chowder is one of my favorites and there's is the best I ever had. It was our first time at Kincaids and won't be or last.

Located in downtown St Paul. And dang, what a fabulous atmosphere for cocktails (the Rare Old Fashioned) and great appetizers (a great variety). Livvy was our great most excellent server and she was a doll. We really enjoyed out time there and will be back again! We'll check out the dining room next time.

We booked this restaurant specifically for a romantic Saturday night dinner. When we arrived, we were told they had no tables available. Instead, we were shoved into a booth in the bar area. That alone was frustrating, but it only went downhill from there. We waited 15 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. When she finally showed up, she forgot to give us the fine dining menus entirely. We were sitting there wondering if anyone working there had any idea what was going on. Once the order was finally placed, the food arrived and was deeply underwhelming. I would generously rate it a 4 or 5 out of 10. This was extremely basic food that I could easily make at home with minimal effort. The problem is the pricing. With tip, an appetizer, oysters, one salmon entrée, one prime rib entrée, and two mocktails cost the same as a five course sushi dinner we had on New Year's Eve. That is not an exaggeration. To make matters worse, the nearest parking cost 20 dollars. For what they charge, this restaurant should be delivering exceptional food, flawless service, and an elevated atmosphere. Instead, we got disorganization, slow service, mediocre food, and a bar booth we never agreed to. The entire experience felt entitled, careless, and completely disconnected from what a restaurant at this price point should be providing. This place is absolutely not worth the money. We left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling taken advantage of.

The food was mid. Steak was cooked perfectly, but the steaks aren't great. Mashed potatoes taste like you'd find them in a cafeteria. Asparagus overcooked. Service was great.

A super cold night couldn't stop us from our planned dinner at Kincaids. The welcome at the host stand was warm and inviting. We started with a delicious beef appetizer. It had a lovely teriyaki flavor. I chose the price fixe menu with Caesar salad, shrimp fettuccine and crème brûlée for $49. Everything was delicious! My husband started with a piping hot bowl of clam chowder and a seafood trio including shrimp, scallops and salmon. I don't think there was a morsel left on his plate! Our server was a lovely woman who was so attentive and helpful. We had a great meal!

We really loved the atmosphere and our waitress was excellent! The food was prepared perfectly. I took advantage of the of the 3 course meal while my wife, daughter and son-in-law ordered from the menu. The specialty drinks were really tasty. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit our daughter!

Had a great experience here before heading to the MN Wild game. Fantastic service, very classy and nice ambiance with tasty food. We were disappointed in that only the fillets are prime beef and that there was no actual crab on the menu, only in fillings. Even crab cakes were a special on a three course menu option only.

Drinks took 10+ mins to come out. Overall food was really good, portions are not very large.

Excellent Mahi Mahi dish - crab stuffed - good food all round but mix up with salad. Wait staff brought us Caesar and not the Blue Cheese salad. This was quickly replaced with correct salad which was excellent.

Food was very tasty, but everyone's shrimp was a bit overcooked. Overall, very nice, and service was excellent.

Such wonderful food and service. Loved looking out at the beautiful lights of downtown Saint Paul. Kincaids always goes above and beyond.

Waitress was good but not great. Food was delivered hot and was good but not great as well. Enjoyed overall and would return sometime.
