loved it so much that i cant wait to go back
party of 2, ordered: sour soup, kebabs, and noodle soup
SOUR SOUP is a must! it was soul warming and went so well with the heap of rice they served. The kebabs were also super juicy and tasty. The noodle soup was good as well, but average compared to the sour soup!!!!
got to talked to the owner a bit and she was awesome.

This modest establishment offers the little-known culinary delights of Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine.
The friendly owner, Sophie, is happy to explain the menu of soups, stir fry dishes, and traditional lunch specials.
THE item you should order is the incredible Siem Riep soup. It’s from the region famous for the Angor Wat Temple complex. It’s a culinarily delicious and addictive tangy sour soup. Hailed by a New York Times reporter (2016) as the best menu item in the Twin Cities, the soup contains chunks of chicken, pineapple and bitter melon. You can ask for shrimp or tilapia if you prefer.
Prices are extremely reasonable.
It’s the bomb!

The Kathiew/pho here is perfect. Doesn’t need to add anything in the broth. I always come here for pho now! Love that they are open on Sundays! Very quick service. The staff are so nice. They gave food to help a homeless kid once shii I was waiting for my pho. Very great people. 🙏🏽 I need to try every other dish from here now! This restaurant is really a hidden gem in Saint Paul!!

Frog town is full of delicious southeast Asian restaurants and I feel this one gets less attention because it’s not on university ave. Kolap is delicious clean and affordable! Plus it’s Khmer and to my knowledge the only other Khmer restaurant in town is Cheng Heng. Stop by!

Used to live in the twins cities, this is one of the few Khmer restaurants. Food was great. Now every time I visit MN, my local friends and I would go there at least once. Keep up the good work!

I have been checking this restaurant out for a while now and I’m so glad that I have decided to come here. I had catered through this restaurant for a very important family event in the first thing to go with the eggrolls. They are hands-down, the best eggroll served in Twin Cities. They’re made with a rice paper versus an egg paper which makes all the difference in the world. Also, the food is very authentic and fresh. Comes out very hot and never disappoints

I came here for a farewell lunch with friends and coworkers. The family that owns this restaurant was so wonderful to us. It was just our large group there. They recommended a few dishes and shared stories. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming again!

1st time eating here and trying Cambodian food and it was a great experience! Ordered the Siem Reap Sour Soup, Pak Lou, & Lot Chha Hollywood Noodles. Pak Lou and the sambal type sauce that came with it was a winner!!! Haven't seen pig ear on the menu in MN and was missing the flavor and texture. Thiis dish really satisfied my craving. Siem Reap Sour Soup reminded me of a slightly sweeter Sinigang. Lot Chha noodles were tasty with lots of vegetables, shrimp, and squid! Many restaurants out here skimp on the shrimp or have very tiny, kinda fishy shrimps, but these were nice, bouncy, and fresh! Would definitely come back again to try other dishes. The lady taking orders and serving our food was also very friendly. She was kind enough to explain to us what was in the sambal type sauce that came with the Pak Lou because we loved it so much. Even got extra to take home with our leftovers!
