The food here is terrible. My pad Thai was soupy and the stuffed wings were cold. I was told the order would take 15 mins, but it was ready in 5 mins. Which was the first red flag. I can’t believe any restaurant would serve such poorly prepared food.

I'm not quite sure if this is fusion or traditional... The menu is pretty good, I wish I would have just tried a chicken & rice dish...
The pad see ew noodles with chicken ($14), tasted okay, but a lot of the noodles weren't loose noodles, rather rolled up in clumps. The flavor didn't really taste like I'd expect. The portion size was good.
The pork belly appetizer ($10), was pretty awful. Perhaps I'm just used to K-style pork belly, but this was extremely overcooked and dry - I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be here?

The steak pho is excellent. The broth is rich and balanced. The meat is tender and generous. The noodles are cooked right. The herb plate is fresh.
The egg rolls are perfect. Good balance of meat and vegetables. Very crispy with clean oil.
The staff is friendly. Service is fast. The space is clean and calm. I will come back.

This place was awful the reviews have to be fake im onto you Kong . My wife got the pho and said the noodles were gummy and the broth lacked flavor, I got the pork belly and it tasted like chinese pork that they put into rice super sweet complete disappointed will never be back we literally walked out just go to hmong village down the road

Pad Thai is typically the baseline standard for how well a Thai restaurant can make food. This Pad Thai was awful, it was like soup. So much liquid in the bottom of the bowl I had to pour it out, and the flavor wasn't even close to what it should be. No chance I will be going back.
