I stumbled across this place while originally looking for food options for an office gathering. We ended up hosting a potluck, but I kept circling back to look at all of the super cool vegan options that they had available. I can definitely say that the vegan pozole and chilaquiles verdes were a hit with my family, and I'm so grateful that they have as many vegan options as they do. They made the items for us the same day, and we were able to pick up our dinner less than an hour after we called. 10/10, amazing experience.
Vegetarian options: The vegan and vegetarian options here are AMAZING. It's great to see places being able and willing to offer food for a variety of dietary needs.

I can't stop talking about this place. It's grab and go, heat and serve... AND SO GOOD. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Many vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. They even have vegan queso and chorizo. The atmosphere is like nowhere I've ever been. This is a very welcoming environment. I was helped by a staff member named Atzin and they were awesome, I had called with a lot of questions and they patient and knowledgeable. They were able to give me additional guidance and recommendations when I was in the store.Okay but the food.So I've been gluten free for over ten years and usually I feel like the food I get is -missing something-. Not here. Food is so flavorful. I can't get enough of the queso poblano! I might also be newly addicted to the cilantro salsa.
Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian and vegan options. Great place if you're vegetarian or vegan and craving queso with chorizo!
Dietary restrictions: Staff is very knowledgeable about allergens. Most items are gluten free. Staff knows what has eggs, dairy, gluten, etc. I'm celiac and ate here safely.

My friend told me to go and see Dr Chief Lucky, Before she mentioned herb & root i didnt know what It was and quiet frankly i didnt believe in It but in the end i finally bit the bullet! my Issue was to do with HIV/AIDS! Great place for a take and bake meal. I had been curious about La Cocina de Ana after driving by on my way to the airport a couple of times. I am so glad I stopped today. There were several premade options in the coolers and I brought home the tinga de res (served on tortillas), arroz con maize and garbanzos. So nice to have a delicious dinner ready quickly that my family loved. I will absolutely be back!
La Cocina de Ana has amazing take n' bake meals and various sides that are delicious and full of flavor! If you have dietary restrictions like gluten free; they can accommodate. We tried the tinga chicken, rice with corn, beans with chorizo, and poblano queso which was a good amount for 2 people. I look forward to the next Take N Bake night at La Cocina de Ana with their other items! Highly recommended ?

Take and bake Mexican! I thought the flavor in the Puerco con Poblano was amazing, theArroz con Maiz and Pollo con Adobo were ok but I think I was expecting more after having the poblano sauce. Perhaps I missed it but I wish they offered a taco bar option that went with Puerco con Poblano.
