It’s a great place for pastries and croissants but unfortunately items like the ham & cheese croissants are already sold out at 10am in the morning frequently.
Also, the BahnMi station may close early if they run out of baguette, even though they sell them on croissants too.
Makes it a bit of a lottery to go there.

This bakery has good quality pastries. A few things I'm very unhappy about: their flan. It used to be thicker and rectangular which was the real French flan. They no longer sell the individual slices, so I had to order a half sheet but even then, it's not the original one. It's a thin pie looking flan, which lost the top layer. I think they must have Americanized it but it's not worth it anymore and not worth the price. If I wanted an American flan, I can go to any bakery in town. Please go back to the original and sell the individual rectangular slices again. Also, their original pear chocolate pie were really good but those are also gone. :( It's sad they're changing it for the worse and not the better. The original flan was the only real French flan in town that I could find but now, it's just completely gone. Can't find that anywhere anymore.

Super cute place with amazing baked goods!!!! The other foods looked awesome too! I liked the milk tea I ordered. Super kind and fast staff. A cute place to sit with a lot of seating.

The only bakery you should use if you're local. Great amount of choice, delicious, and unique. Go for the leek croissant.

This is my favorite Vietnamese/French bakery. Il y a un petit quelque chose en plus. The food is inspired by French cuisine, but they add their own twist to each baked good. My opinion - Mi Sant has the better seating/atmosphere and chocolate croissants, but La Delicious Bread has better pastries and bread texture. Go to Mi Sant if you want more savory menu options and La Delicious Bread if you want more cakes, pastries, and fresh bread. You can't go wrong with bahn mi from either, though LDB's bahn mi is lightly toasted on the outside and not overly dry - which is my preference. We got the butter, chocolate, and leek croissants, the chocolate mousse cake, lemon tart, and eclair. All were amazing.

The atmosphere was okay but there was another room right off the main area where you can rest, eat and socialize. We were in the front of the house so it seemed less 'glamorous'. I may try it again when i/we have a bit more time to savor my purchase. I had the spinach croissant which i ate at home. It was tasty although a tad bland. The bready part was flaky, delicate, delicious. All in all, i would recommend this establishment, maybe as a first date spot or a grab and eat, go, type of deal but i need to try more of its goodies to give it a great two thumbs up reaction.

I ordered 2 bahn mi’s and 2 croissants. The boy who served me in the drive-thru was rude. He didn’t ask if I was ordering anything else and just proceeded to ask if I was going to pay with cash or card. After I paid, he goes, “okay your done.” It was my first time here and I wasn’t sure if I was suppose to wait at the window or what, but then they FORGOT I was even there. After 25 minutes of waiting, someone else comes running over and goes, “oh my god I’m so sorry for the wait,” and grabs my food that’s been sitting on the counter. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. On the plus side, the food was great 🙃

Not your typical Vietnamese Banh Mi, bread is stale and doesn’t have a crunch. Texture is like a baguette you get from the grocery store. Boba black pearls are old. Trung Nam French bakery is the best sandwiches in the city. Authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi.
