The workers are so slow and there only one worker while the rest are in the back on 2 hour breaks

There are very few staff, they are there twice that I go and it takes them a long time to take my order. I should have more staff. I went on Tuesday, September 24, and on Wednesday, and it was also very dirty because maybe the girls were just serving the service.

(0 stars) Absolutely horrible customer service. I told myself I would never go back to this place, but I decided to give it another try. Never again. About 2 years ago, an employee named Xitlaly took my order and was the rudest and had the worst attitude ever. She had the audacity to almost throw my order at me. This time when I came back, her mother Gabby took my order, and of course, there was a language barrier so I got my order wrong. However, she was giving me an attitude. Like daughter, like mother—they have no manners. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I recommend the owners of this place to get better employees who like to do their job.

It’s 85 degrees out, the ice cream and vibes here are immaculate. Best ice cream I’ve ever had, the portions are insaaaane. One of the workers in the back is singing to the music they’re playing and everything is 10/10. It’s my first time here and I will always be a fan!
