I recently went to the one in Walmart, Brooklyn Park MN. A Hispanic lady with short hair wearing a cap was very rude! I was waiting in line and never took my order....she welcomed and helped others but I was just ignored and looked at....feeling unwelcome š...i just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that they change to staff who are nice and welcome anyone who comes to enjoy ice cream. š

Bad service, I ordered a product and they didn't want to do it just because they were almost closed.
The two men working there were very rude to my uncle and had an attitude, good thing my dad stepped up for him and put them in their place. I hope those two get fired! One of the girls working there was nice though. They should fire all the men working there because they are horrible.

Mostly all workers were dancing/signing to loud music, they were on their phones and eating. Took a long time to take my order to the point I had to ask where and when I could order. I hate to complain but itād be great if employees could be more involve with a better customer service.

I really hate to do this because their Mall of America location was so great, I went there all the time. When I moved and found a location closer to home I was ecstatic! The first time I went the food was okay and the service was fine as well, I tipped well hoping to make a good first impression as I was planning to come back. I went there today, it was a little busy so I waited in line but they kept helping the people behind me. I waited for about 10 if not 15 minutes while the people behind me kept getting served, they kept motioning them forward while they all looked at me knowing I hadnāt been served yet and I looked as ready as I could without being rude as I knew they were busy. I watched people come and go getting food, ice cream and drinks. It was a little disheartening and made me a little upset. At some point I had to just leave, it was really embarrassing for me and I, unfortunately, donāt plan on coming back to this location.

The attention of the gentleman who serves was in a bad mood and I asked for prepared Maruchan. I don't like the old-tasting Valentine's sauce and it seems that, like everything, the food is prepared quickly, the presentation is nothing striking.
Went in around noon the store smelled of dirty wet mop.. waited to order 10 mins and instead of taking our order they just kept putting inventory away. Walked out
