This place needs to close today. I got the nastiest food I ever had from a Chinese food restaurant yesterday just NASTY Avoid this place they are angry because they’re being shut down and just serving anything now the food is gross. It’s Declined. They need to close today. If I had the time I would boycott this place before it closes down. And the lady who takes your order is mean as HELL

This is so much different Sense they quit serving buffets. Back in the days when the restaurant seating was available this was the best place to eat in town. A cop hang out. The lo mein is still excellent to eat. I was very disappointed at the atmosphere and cleanliness. It is posted the place is closing in Dec for good. Thanks for all the memories. They only have takeout orders. The prices have gone up dramatically.

I just got lunch for our team at work, using Leo's upon recommend from one of the ladies. When I tell you this is some of the best lunch we have ever ordered, I am not exaggerating. First, it was a big order and they got it perfect! And the food is amazing!! The lunch combos are the perfect size. The fried rice is exceptional! Peppered pork is life changing according to my colleague(I agree!) and the garlic shrimp is spicy and flavorful. Thank you Leo's!! Great lunch for the team!!

It was my first time here the food was fantastic old school Chinese with chow mein. Very sorry to hear that. It’s closing down at the end of the year. I do hope they find a new place. I would definitely go back.

I have eaten Leo's food for years. Today I got the Moo Goo Gai Pan, I don't know if they changed their cook or what but it's not the same as it has been in the past. More onion, pea pods and no broccoli. It's still pretty good, but I wanted what I've always gotten.

We moved to St. Paul when I was a little kid over 40 years ago ago and my mom got a job as a nurse at the now long gone Mounds Park Hospital! My mom had to work nights a lot, and there was many many a night that we got takeout dinner from here! Years later as an adult I got my first apartment about half a mile from here and this was my number one craving during my first pregnancy. 10 more years later, I came back as a visiting professor at Metropolitan State University after moving to New England for school and I was thrilled to find Leo's was still standing. I am heading back to visit next month and I wanted to confirm if they were still here and I am thrilled to find out that you are! ❤️
Awesome food, great service, just the building is old, but it's been around for 40 plus years, but I have no complaints, I go there almost every week!

I have been eating Leo's since he (yes Leo was an actual person, nice old guy) was take out only. His food and tastes became a staple in St. Paul, especially this community. The young ladys who own it now, IDK 1 is very sweet and the other is just not. No customer service at all and the food has gotten worse the linger they have owned it. The lomein which was 1 of the BEST, might has well have been topramen, the egg foo yun, was a perfectly pan fried round flavorful patrie with lots of fresh gravy, that you wanted to put in everything. Many people ONLY ate it here, now I'll never eat it here again. It was like an 'I got mcdonalds' burger from eddie murphys raw movie. The pork use to be peppery and juicy and well seasoned, this was bland and no pepper, and we won't EVEN discuss what im pretty sure was instant rice. VERY disappointed and wont be returning.
