We moved to St. Paul when I was a little kid over 40 years ago ago and my mom got a job as a nurse at the now long gone Mounds Park Hospital! My mom had to work nights a lot, and there was many many a night that we got takeout dinner from here! Years later as an adult I got my first apartment about half a mile from here and this was my number one craving during my first pregnancy. 10 more years later, I came back as a visiting professor at Metropolitan State University after moving to New England for school and I was thrilled to find Leo's was still standing. I am heading back to visit next month and I wanted to confirm if they were still here and I am thrilled to find out that you are! ❤️
Awesome food, great service, just the building is old, but it's been around for 40 plus years, but I have no complaints, I go there almost every week!

I have been eating Leo's since he (yes Leo was an actual person, nice old guy) was take out only. His food and tastes became a staple in St. Paul, especially this community. The young ladys who own it now, IDK 1 is very sweet and the other is just not. No customer service at all and the food has gotten worse the linger they have owned it. The lomein which was 1 of the BEST, might has well have been topramen, the egg foo yun, was a perfectly pan fried round flavorful patrie with lots of fresh gravy, that you wanted to put in everything. Many people ONLY ate it here, now I'll never eat it here again. It was like an 'I got mcdonalds' burger from eddie murphys raw movie. The pork use to be peppery and juicy and well seasoned, this was bland and no pepper, and we won't EVEN discuss what im pretty sure was instant rice. VERY disappointed and wont be returning.

Food is good , the people aren’t very talkative straight forward “how can I help you?” & “thank you enjoy your food” but they seem nice . Pricing online is inaccurate but still reasonable

It would have nicer except some moron parked in handicap cockeyed and only after i found another spot did they move, then they blasted their dumb music until they got their food, fools and inconsiderate.
My food was delicious and service was pretty fast.

Don’t get their cream cheese wontons. There’s barely even any cream cheese, what are you charging me for…Bread?? Their egg roll are soggy in the inside like baby food. They over charge too much for what little food they give. They’re stingy with their shrimp too but charge more for shrimp…Also, the man at the register doesn’t have good customer service. He was giving attitude before I could even really say anything. I’ve come multiple times to try and given them the benefit of the doubt but no. I’m tired of little portions but paying more.

This has always been one if my favorite spots since I was a kid. They haven't changed at all. Excellent American Chinese food. Fried race is the best and their fried chicken wings are the best around. Dining room is not big, ok for a couple people. Take out is the way to go. For about $15 per person, you won't leave hungry
