The cafe has reopened as a partnership between Lifetime and Med Box, a Mediterranean cafe. In addition to traditional LT items like smoothies, coffees and snacks, there are also Mediterranean wraps, bowls and salads. I had a Gyro wrap. Lovely tender spiced meat, fresh crisp vegetables and sauce. Very generous proportions.

The cafe is staffed jointly by Lifetime and MedBox staff. They were all very friendly and attentive.

Great atmosphere at this place! The trainers are truly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. If you’re just starting to get back into things and are able to make the investment, I highly recommend Destiny for personal training!

I ordered via Amazon Restaurants. Flawless execution of delivery. Just 39 minutes! No complaints on the organic food. Flatbread. Yum. Mitch, the in store manager is a fine guy. Very polite people. Amazon delivery is right on the money -- dependable! I don't know if LifeCafe themselves deliver. You'd have to call. My entire order was accomplished via the computer and Amazon. No complaints. Go for it!
