I've been to this location about 3 times always a super lonþg wait even when not busy pizzas always are barely cut and not evenly cheesed last time I went my special order was messed up and I ended up having food poisoning after eating it if I were you I'd just avoid this location and head to a different one

I ordered pizza for delivery through the app and it is made at this location. Every single time pizza comes from this location half my order is always missing. I never receive my garlic sauces that I order. The 1-800 number refunds part of my order cost, but this does not solve the problem. It would be nice if we could choose which store are pizza is picked up from. It would be nice if the employees put the sauces in with the pizza or on the box in the pickup oven. If I can't choose the store location my order is made at and receive my entire order then I will no longer order from this chain.

I was a takeout on New Year's Eve. It was really really busy and they only had 2 employees and the manager. Other customers were impatient and yelling at the poor kids working there. Manager told the kids not to take any garlic bread stick orders but wife wanted crazy bread and the young boy took our order anyways and was really nice to us. Got us our order in good time even though others were impatient and talking down to them, he still served us with a smile. Great kid working there

I stopped ordering from them in 2020 because my pizza was always half cooked. I figured I'd give them another shot, 4 years later, and my pizza is pretty much raw but the top is cooked. No. Just no.

This place is lousy. Customer service is terribly bad. Ordering was denied to a little boy in front of us, and what seemed to be the leader of the store told her employee not to take anymore. November 22th, 2024.
Irresponsible. I can't believe most of us customers left after hearing that statement. We all strangers left.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody anymore. It's been in my childhood memories of this place existing but I think it's time to close down that area.

I receive crazy bread that literally was just the dough toasted. There was no butter or Parmesan or any seasoning. Literally just the bread. This is an absolute joke of establishment. Very disappointed. Waited 2.5 long hours for delivery and cancel the order. Have 5-6 different doordash driver going there to pick up and unsuccessful.
Had door dash Maya call to update on my order and inform it's was not busy , so she wasn't sure why my order was not ready.
Please don't order at Little Caesar on Arcade street. That place needs to go out of business if they're low on staff.

Refused service because apparently too busy but that’s cap mostly because it was 40 min before closing time so disappointed I couldn’t feed my kids since it was all I could afford they went to bed hungry
