Wow. I wish I could give it negative stars. From horrible service to even worse food - this location needs to be closed. I've eaten at other locations, but I've NEVER had such crap. Yuck. Teens working the store thinking it's fun. Never will return and highly recommend others NOT go to the St. Paul/Arcade location EVER.

The app clearly states a push notification will be sent when the food is ready. After waiting in my car for a notification I finally walked in and asked. No name on the screen and the employee tells me it’s been done “for a while “ and pulls it from the back. He said “most people just come in and ask” I don’t give a crap what most people do. Follow the process. It’s sad that there are always problems with this location and it seems like becaus of where they are located customers should tolerate sub standard service.

I've been to this Little Caesars twice in the last 2 weeks. They have amazing deals. But the atmosphere is absolutely terrible. I guess you can't really help what's around in the neighborhood. But there are in this amounts of people panhandling and soliciting. It feels very unsafe. And I don't really like going over there.
