Ordered pick up, got there ealry didn't have to wait too long. Food was hot out of the oven. Great place for good food and great prices. Childhood favorite. The pizza portal doesn't work due to theft, so you have to pick it up from the cahier.

Ordered online for delivery and was informed their delivery service uses door dash. The door dasher never delivered the order and I contacted doordash/little ceasars for a refund. I've contacted them 4 times for a refund and still haven't received the refund.

It’s 2/19/24 at 6 PM. Been waiting at the counter for 20 minutes and nobody ever came out to grab our order. They know we are here cause we can hear them say, “there's people out there.” And another one said, “so? let them wait.” SMH. Will be contacting the headquarters. So ya’ll managers better shape up. we left to a different pizza place. Worst service ever.

The breadsticks were absolutely terrible, way too much flour, barely any parmesan. They weren’t even pulled apart before being put into the oven. I don’t understand how you cannot care about food you send out.

Poor customer service....well I tried them again 3years later and my reviews is still zero stars....there was no hot and ready pizza available and they have kids working with an attitude I was told I couldn't place an order unless I waited 25mins.....wow and on top of that my pizza would take 12mins to cook! So false advertising on hot and ready also it was around 3pm ...So not a lunch or dinner rush .. .. rude customer service still....even the lady manager had an attitude ?

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to expect bad service at little Caesar or this was just this location.It's in a shopping plaza next to a grocery store.I came to pick up a hot and ready cheese.I understood that maybe they were busy. An associate said she would be with me in a second.However the young man who eventually came to the counter was very rude and lacked basic manners. He was shuffling about , never greeted me or acknowledged any of the customers waiting. He just stops at one end . Even the guest behind me asked if they were on break.I said hello, and he responded but as if I was bothering him. I placed my order and he walked away. Poor communication during the entire process .I use to wait tables and the best advice every given is if you work in customer service and you're having a bar day .. don't come in. No need to rub that off on others. I'll just try another location.
