Glad to find a Mac's that has some indoor seating and isn't a million degrees hot in there! Brought dad down for dinner, needed some fried fish. He had the walleye dinner and scarfed that fish down. We had the cod dinners and shared some clam strips. Everything was very good, next time I will just order the clam strips. A little less greasy, but everything was very good. The only thing that was just ok, was the taffy. They gave us each a piece with our meals. I know it is called salt water taffy, but that was super salty. Otherwise a great place for some fried food!

Shrimp tacos!!!! So fresh......fries are fresh cut. Fish is excellent. They keep the friers really clean. Menu was a little confusing. Couple different fish to choose from. I love clam strips, theirs were a little chewy, but everything else is excellent. Saltwater taffy is super good too.
Great Seafood.. Can't come to Minney without a "Mac Fix" !! ..Oh did I mention Best Salt Water Taffy on the planet

Pretty good fish that they make to order. The fries on the other hand were not made to order (soggy), but the fish was really good so I didn't mind.

Normally live this place one of my favorites!! But my last visit on 06.20.2019 was just ok.... we came in around 1 p.m. no one was there ordered and got the food quick but our fries were damn near burnt.. first time this had happened i ordered clams on the side which were fried dark and over done.. i don't normally complain at places we just ate the great cod and threw the fries away.. maybe we're just caught them at a bad time idk. Love this place maybe we're will just goto to one of the other locations on larpentuer or in Minneapolis.. I've been a customer for 20 plus years and this is the first bad meal from them.
