Needs to get shut down. Bird feces outside the entrance. Dined in with a friend who is vegetarian and they put pork in her noodles. Increasingly gets more expensive while quality goes down. We will see if we get food poisoning. They also treat the darker neighborhood residents badly, forcing them to do to-go orders, while they asked me and my friend where we would like to sit. Too bad, I wanted to like this place.
This was the Thai Food near the Black Hart.

The Chongqing spicy noodle soup is one of my favorite foods I've had in the Cities. The flavors are so vivid and the spice level is a pleasant 2/5. When ordering for delivery they always send the broth separately so nothing is overcooked.

The customer service here was amazing. The food was amazing. The a/c was cranked. I can't wait to go again!

Huge fan of this place! Delicious hand pulled noodles made right in front for you to see. We enjoyed the pork sandwich and pork dumplings as an appetizer. The noodles we had were delicious. Really appreciate the hand made texture, they were nice and chewy. The soup and noodles had great flavor. The portions were great for the price. The service was attentive and quick. The interior was also super unique and nice. This restaurant has lots of delicious staple dishes from all across China.

This is a no nonsense spot that serves some of the best hand pulled noodles I've had. We also ordered some dumplings and they came out very quick, both the steamed and fried were tasty. Between all the noodle soups and fried noodles we got, every one was very flavorful. The noodles are definitely the stand out here, but all the sauces and broths were very good as well.

Not like how I used to remember. The Dan Dan noodle I got was very salty and I like salty food. It was also supposed to be spicy but barely any kicks from it. I also had the chicken fried rice which I used to cleanse my mouth with from the salty noodles. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The food was okay but not amazing. It could have been a bit more flavorful. Everything tastes almost the same I think they use the same ingredients for everything. But the service was great. And a great atmosphere.

Some of the best and most authentic Chinese food of the twin cities! The Sichuan chili wonton, the Shanghai cold noodles, and the beef pancake wrap and the mochi cheesecake! What is there not to love? This is definitely one of the best places in the twin cities for sure and a fairly good authentic Chinese restaurant for sure, one of the most in the twin cities! Absolutely recommend this and hope to come back sometime !

Sooo Delicious!! Noodles dough cut and pulled right in front of you, then served! I absolutely recommend this place!
Doesn't get better than this honestly, some of the spicy dishes don't even approach spicy but its legitimately the only grievance I have.
Its extremely fairly priced, its insanely fast, its in a good location.
It's a place I think about in the winter but occasionally reminded of during some days in the summer and its just as good then.
Probably one of the only places to get a menu of semi modern takes on classic southern chinese food in the cities. 100% different from takeout style.
You can easily get an appetizer and bowl of noodles for less than 20, hard to beat that.
Also Boba if you want that.

The food was great but nothing really exceptional. I like the fact that the noodles are handmade. The interior design was really cool and well organized. Service was decently fast and was good.
The air conditioning is a bit excessive.
Some lights are bright while others are dim.
would come back here again.
Side note -- tip is automatically added.
Another side note -- It is open kitchen ( you can see them making it )
