Wonderful quick-service cafe for sandwiches and salads run by a friendly husband and wife team. They have ready made paninis and will also make anything to order. Everything is fresh and delicious, including the baked goods. My go-to spot in the St. Paul skyway.

Tried a Reuben panini made by a Frenchman in the St. Paul skyway. I’ll be back. Many times.

Pretty good tasting and quick and easy to get at lunchtime. Its something different than the common lunchtime foods found in St. Paul too.

If you are downtown St Paul, this is an awesome casual lunch spot with delicious, homemade French inspired food! You won't find it on the street, 2nd floor of 401 Roberts Street. Just had a Croque Monsieur that transported me back to Paris. Very worth the escalator ride up off the street!

I stopped by for a quick lunch and enjoyed every bite. Picked a chicken/blue cheese salad which was plenty of food by itself but had a nice and light cup of the soup du jour (clam chowder) and was convinced in trying a peanut butter cookie to top it off. The whole experience was very pleasant, not much wait, very clean tables and floor and fresh tasty homemade food. From the selection to the ambiance and to the reasonable price in view of the quality, this is the closest you get to enjoying a french bistro experience on this side of the ocean.

I love Maison Darras and its owners are great. The sandwiches and salads and fantastic but the real magic is in the cookies and croissants (get there early, as they go fast)! They recently re-opened after being closed during the pandemic. I plan to eat here whenever I'm in the office to support them. I'll also note that I've used them for catering meeting lunches in the past and had a great experience.

Superb ambience and super friendly service. The meals were crisp and delightful. Will easily recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fair prices and large meals. Good job.

This place clearly knows how to take care of their clients. Regularly with a helpful approach. The food is reasonably priced, constantly yummy and clean.

Hail to another Saint Paul lunch spot that I discovered in the skyway! To be fair, I knew of this place from its Minneapolis location (which is sadly no more). Some of the best salads are made here, even while you wait. The location becomes rather crowded, so you know that they're turning over the food stock pretty quickly. The staff is very quick and efficient, almost mesmerizing to watch as they orchestrate their moves in a small space. The panini sammichs look delicious but it's the salads that keep me coming back. This location suspended their loyalty program in lieu of raising prices, FYI. I don't see that they've lost any business with that decision
