This was my first time dining at Mancini’s Char House. It was a very large restaurant and fairly busy, but they have lots of seating. We were greeted with water and a plate full of snackables. It has peppers, pickles, and tomatoes that are marinated in an italian dressing. We were also served with garlic bread and rye bread. This place knows what it is (an old-school steakhouse and supper club) and does it amazingly and unapologetically. I loved the char on the bread, the relish tray was tasty, and the steaks were high quality and cooked well. Also loved the almond cake we were gifted! Great place to celebrate a special event.

We arrived at 5:30 and seated immediately. The host asked us if it was a special occasion. It was, my wife's birthday. No aknowlegement from the server at any time, so why ask?
