On 12 /31/23 @ 9:52 pm I ordered Bogo and I asked for it Fresh so the young man ask me to Pull up in park, I waited on him to bring me out my food he never came, I waited until 10:15 out there for my food, I went to the window and knocked they all ignored me I started screaming, where's my food? The young man came to the window. Ask me for my receipt my food have been just sitting there.It was ice cold when I got it and he said we close at 10pm.
Brought my order back as it was the wrong burger. It had mustard and no onions. Not sure if they don’t understand how to read or what. I had to walk all the way around the building to get the order corrected since this is a drive through only store I guess. The “window” wasn’t man’ed by anyone just a sign stating window is open 6am to 10 pm but not on what to do after. Dude meanders up slowly playing
