Why are there nowhere to sit down? When we were outside we saw a huge room with seating, but it turned out to be a staff room... why?

To bus tour groups: this is no longer a good spot to bring groups after state capital tours. There is no longer a lobby where the groups can sit and eat and there is no longer access to restrooms as well. It’s too bad really. What a lousy business decision.

The food was perfect but I asked an employee to repeat my order and he started giving me attitude and when I did get my order I haven’t received my drink or fries that I paid for I had to go back and get it.
Edit: I went today and saw the same employee they got my order wrong so I asked to change my large coke to small for my children he started sighing and whining and murmuring things and gave us attitude again! And he changed our order and he got it even more wrong!
Someone get a health inspector there's literally a cockroach shedding in my nuggets and the food was dry and soggy how is that even possible. I should've know when I saw a customer arguing with the drive-thru employee.

I come here quite often, past two times I’ve ordered southern sweet tea i have been given UNSWEET TEA. I gave them a chance to fix it tonight and was given ANOTHER UNSWEET TEA that was worse than the first one. Not exactly sure who is making the sweet tea but they need to be given another task.

Drive through or kiosk ordering only, no place to sit. I place an app order for pickup, stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then was told they never received my order. They didn't offer to make it, didn't direct me to order at the kiosk, nothing. Just "we didn't get the order, sorry." End of conversation. You'd think that all McDonald's are the same (because that's literally their business model) but this one is somehow worse. I walked out and went somewhere else.

My order is incorrect every time whether it be delivery or pick up either day or night they cannot seem to put nuggets in the bag or make my sandwich the way a standard cheeseburger should be made or with modifications I paid for a triple cheeseburger and was given a double just to name my most recent blunder on top of yet again not receiving nuggets. Management is nasty and has zero regard for any type of service recovery immediately defaults blame to delivery. It’s appalling to see brand standards not being taken seriously.
