Why are the managers yelling at employees right where everyone is eating?

This place right here is a joke and the staff there will make fun of you bully you and disrespect you no matter if you just swinging by to swing by. Manager has no respect not manners to himself or this people.

Service here is 50/50 no matter if you dine in, online order pick up, or go through the drive thru. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years as I live in the area. This McDonald’s deeply cares about their drive times for corporate than they do for their drive thru service. You can put in a mobile order 30 minutes ahead and once you arrive there: they will tell you: “we are still working on your order, please pull around”. Drive thru will go around the building not because the hold up for the order menu, but they try to push through people past the second window as fast of possible to have super fast drive times. When really their drive times are realistically 1-30 minutes depending on the time you land. If you think you can avoid by going in, you’re not. They prioritize drive thru and will make you wait when you dine in.

Tried to order at the kiosk but there were no table tents so we could not complete our order. Went to the counter and waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

Food is usually fresh. In the The kids play area the tables don't get cleaned frequently enough. Cashier is not welcoming. Like most everywhere, you're treated like a number.

I like that’s it has a play area. We usually try to around 1pm-2pm when there are other kids. There’s one person who is always starting outside the window once he’s done cleaning. He does a very good job at cleaning! Coffee is a hit or miss. I don’t mind any kind of coffee, I just need it hot. Many times I have had to ask for a new hot coffee and they’re very kind to give me a hot one.

I did a curb side pick-up order- I ordered before I left and still waited at least 15 mins once I got there. It was not busy, and people pulling into the drive thru were coming and going before we got our food. Another car pulled up next to me and waited almost as long. My order was also wrong, and they had to go back in to get the correct items.

Charging for bbq sauce... are you serious? There's barely any reason left to go to McDonalds, now this. This is the straw that breaks the camels back for me. I'm done.

I really like this McDonald's to me the help during the week and sometimes on the weekend are the best. So friendly and helpful. And it's one of the most cleanest I have ever seen. I used to bring my daughter there before she passed away. And it was the same for my grandson, until he got to old.i can not say enough about this amazing store

The guy handing the food out the windows barely spoke any English and I asked if they double-checked my order and he just said ok, handed me the back, and closed the window. Of course, the order wasn't right. I got Coke and not Diet Coke. Diabetics beware!

Did dine-in. Food was ready almost right away, except a small fry. There were fries ready to go at the station. I waited 5-7 minutes with my food just sitting there and the girl running the register continue her phone conversation on her earplugs.

Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian unless you get a bunch and toppings
