I often come in the morning and they are moving like clockwork. Everyone knows their job. ATL airport McDonald’s needs to come up and learn a lesson from this team.

food was old, nuggets looked like they were two hours old. i only got 2 strips of bacon on my quarter pounder instead of three. inconsistent, unfriendly staff, got my order wrong (i worked at mcdonald’s formerly and i know their policies.. this place isn’t it)

The front counter was dirty.I really loved terryl the cashier she was quick and always smiled. And did her job while others talked and played around. I hope she returns as a factoid cashier.

This McDonald's just stated they do not participate in any deals at their location. Today, is FREE FRY DAY. But this location just stated, they do not participate in ANY DEALS. Smh! This is discriminatory.

I’m a McDonald’s fan for life and the food at this one was solid, but an employee gave me attitude when I asked for a straw lol? Rolled her eyes and told me it would be in my to go bag, then rolled her eyes again when she saw it wasn’t in there and had to hand me one. Again I love McDonald’s I am just petty.

I was helping a Bishop who was lost and struggling to get assistance from airport workers. When the team at Macdonald's realised what I was doing they made sure I purchased my foods so I got the correct meals & deals.Linder and the lady with the cap of badges??? were mega friendly and helpful. I purchased one meal for now and a meal for later too. They even made sure that the next shift would be aware to care for the elderly Bishop for me. He had a 10 hour stay at the airport and no money at all.

Small location, but as usual it's pretty darned busy in the airport. Not necessarily the best setup here. There are a lot of self order kiosks but it's kind of chaotic.

It's McDonalds, so not much to say. You order from a kiosk that is malfunctioning, doesn't offer the same things posted on the menu board and couldn't seem to compute their own rewards program. Anyway, my oldest was starving, so we ordered quick and got our food reasonably fast, all because of the one employee who was actually working. This little lady was expediting, packing and serving orders, while the three other 'loafs' stood around doing nothing. We got our food and my son asked for a straw, to which one of the guys simply pointed to the bag as a response. So we get back to our gate only to realize there was no straw in there! Ugh! Get this if you have to, but keep your expectations low.
