I went through the drive-thru at 9 AM on November 24, 2025 to grab a couple of egg and cheese biscuits before work. When I emphasized egg and cheese only because they've got it wrong in the past, the drive-thru dude, interrupted me, and was rude as if emphasizing my order somehow offended him. When I checked him on his behavior, he refused to serve me. That's the main reason why McDonald's is struggling right now. Not only do you get subpar food, but the employees act like you're irritating then simply by being there. I used to go to McDonald's about once a month, now I won't be going at all. Ever.

The manager that is there in the morning she is so nice and friendly. I like how this McDonald's is run out of all the McDonald's that I've been to in St Paul and in Minneapolis the BEST. Each and every staff member that I have encounter have been really nice and amazing. The employees always greets the customers come in the door which is so nice and friendly, not every McDonald's does that. Each and every one of the employees got great customer service skills. I have not came across a bad employee or bad customer service. I want you all to know that y'all are doing a great job keep up the good work.

Food was good but I am giving a 1 star because they shorted me on my monopoly pieces. I placed my order through the mobile app for mobile pick up, three items were eligible for McDonald's monopoly. I did not receive a single monopoly piece, even after checking the bag and every wrapper. Is this carelessness from the employees or are they keeping them for themselves.

Customer service goes so far with me, and the gal who took my order today was on top of it. She was helping someone fill out an application, but then when people started coming in she was grabbing orders and knocking out the line with a smile on. I don't eat at McDonald's often, like twice a year, and it's a crap shoot with how it'll go so my trip was worth it because of that beautiful woman :)

Don’t go to this one, past 8pm they all just sit inside and listen to people come to the drive through, and refuse to take orders. I found it kind of funny because it’s like “wow, they get paid to sit on their ahh, sign me up.” At the same time I wish they could do their job
