They were so busy talking they didn’t give me my monopoly sticker.I asked for extra salt on my fries they put little to almost no salt and gave me fries that have been sitting since last october.Everytime I walk into mcdonald’s now the employees are disrespectful,No Hi,Welcome in… nothing and when you do say “Hi” they look at you like you stupid and wait for you to begin your order.Hospitality is just not a thing for the restaurants anymore. Atleast in the st. paul area for sure,Woodbury mcdonald’s always have great service.

Very rude staff. The man at the drive-through didn’t even give the machine time to ask me if I was using the mobile order app before he was saying “what are you ordering“. So I told him what the code was and he again said that in the same way, almost like it was a bother to take my order. Then the woman at the window, who I thought was nicer at first shoved my card back into my hand, almost as if to rush me when there was nobody directly behind me. I don’t know who the manager is at this location, but shame on you get your staff together this is a crappy location.

Don’t order anything harder to make than chicken nuggets cause the staff just won’t include it. I don’t consider myself a Karen but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes of waiting in a drive thru to get my food. (There was 3 cars in front of me, that’s an order every 7 minutes. Exceptionally “fast” food.) Then when I got my food it just wasn’t the right order. Cool 👍. If you’re thinking about coming here just wrack up the courage to put the barrel in your mouth already.
