They never answer the phone and there’s a manager a male who is rude he shouts orders out loudly and obnoxiously to customers and anytime you go to the counter the workers ignore you look at u and keep doing what they are doing even after 10 or 15 minutes it’s rude . When the Mexicans are working there’s no problems they are professional

In all honesty, this McDonald's should just be shut down immediately! I only asked for 2 McRibs, and I got a whole ass different order. The worst thing is the fact they literally made me drive down to the 3rd window to wait for 2 McRibs and proceed to give me this whole entire different ass order which happens to be a medium choc shake, a big mac, a McChicken, and a large fry! They don't even tell you the whole total at the end, and they just say drive up to the next window and pay, and then het told to go to the next two damn window to not even receive the 2 McRib I've paid and ordered for! I'm so very angry and so very pissed off! This McDonald's needs to be shut down immediately! Every other complaint on this McDonald's is always wrong orders! Probably because there is no work discipline to the workers, they're probably just all on their phones looking at social media and not properly paying attention to customer orders! This is by far the worst and most depressing McDonald's ever! Never go to this McDonald's it doesn't deserve your time and money!

Half the parking spots have cones in front of them for some unknown reason. And apparently it takes 15min for them to make a single order of fries when it’s practically empty. Skip this location
Every time I order from here I’m always missing something. No utensils were given when I ordered my hot cakes. What am I supposed to eat with? My hands? Needs to step it up and make sure the customer gets everything they need to eat their food!

The food was delicious, but the sweetest lady running the drive-thru truly made my day. I arrived a bit short of money and was about to leave without any food. I wish I had remembered her name, but out of her kindness and generosity as a stranger, she pulled out her own money and paid for the rest of my order. I am incredibly grateful. Thank you so much again!
