They are disorganized here. This will be the last time I come to this location. They mix up our orders and it half an hour to get the correct order. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this location.

Came in order food in the kiosk. First they taking forever with lobby orders and there only about 5 of us here ..I understand stand when ppl off they need to go but .. i worked Mcdonalds 12 yrs as a manager and I do know nobody should be going home or grabbing food when customers have been waiting longer then they should ..customers come first ! Not only that they girls are just standing around in there phones

This McDonald’s location is synonymous for not giving folks their French fries!! I paid for 2 meals on DoorDash and they didn’t have any fries 👎

Usually I have a good experience here. Today was absolutely horrible. First they get my order wrong after they took $70 from me. So I go back to the window they ask for all my bags of food. I give it to them. They take 25 minutes put the cold food that’s now been sitting out for 30 minutes give it back to me “organized” still miss food from my order and it’s cold. Waste of time and money they need new management and employees.

went in, not busy as all just normal to 3-4 people. Ordered on the screens kiosks. Receipt didn’t come out but didn’t mind and the workers were working back and front didn’t bother to ask only until a take out bag was on the table. this girl (employee) proceeds to hand me 5 slips of the monopoly cards. I then didn’t take it because I told her “ oh a bit ago we didn’t get our number so I don’t know if this is our bag “ she then asks what I got and I told her. Mind you the receipt was facing towards her tape: onto the bag like any other take out bag. Then she said that was my order and turnt the bag around and I just took a quick glance and then I said okay. No problems because it’s a normal customer question. She walks away then turns back and rolled her eyes at me and her face went looking at me as if I did something to her. Who let these workers have so much attitude. I get it you’re working a long shift but no need to give me a whole attitude when I didn’t want to grab the wrong bag. Me being respectful asking you, and everything just happened so quick. So I hope you guys will retrain customer service. This all happened.
I got home and opened my mc crispy, it was soggy, the meat was slightly glossy. I took a bite before I noticed how hard it was to bite it and how glossy stringy it is. I don’t know what it is but, this is the first time I’ve experienced this eating from McDonald. I’m about to get food poisoning. Service is terrible, food is awful and not cooked all the way. I hope that you guys resolve this and not just let your workers chit chat at the back and serve your customers with a good attitude.

Never order here, avoid this location. They don’t know how to comprehend and your order is always gonna be wrong. Nasty attitudes. I went here today at 6am for hotcakes and sausage and was given a big breakfast (which I didn’t ask for). I told them they charged me for a big breakfast and that’s not what I asked for. So then they gave me my order and it was nothing but hotcakes without my sausage (something told me to check my bag) which they messed my order up again all within 10 mins. I asked for a refund and the black guy with glasses tried to argue with me saying the big breakfast is the same as ordering hot cakes and sausage. He was really arguing with me thinking he’s correct. Never again will I ever go to this location.

Kiosk are broken and the staffs just let people proceed with their orders to find out orders can't be processed. Likely short staff 'cause waiting to orders at the counter is pretty long.

I paid 0.29 cents for a sauce cup and got one buffalo sauce that was free with a mobile order. when i picked it up there was NO sauce included. The fries also tasted as though they were sitting around. ONE STAR. VERY SHITTY.
