Literally the worst McDonald’s I ever went to in my entire life. They have no customer service whatsoever. One the employees literally yelled at my friend and said “we don’t care about customers”. I don’t recommend coming here

Every time without fail when i go to this location there is an issue with my order, it takes forever or both. I don’t understand how hard it is to get an order right like read the ticket? I ordered a mcdouble with only one patty and they gave me 2 patties no bun and a fork. Do they think they are funny? They all have attitudes and no matter if i’m the only car in line it still takes 10 minutes. Even though the food is precooked like do your job.

They messed up my whole order and when called to talk to someone the person on the phone can't even speak English like sorry if u can't speak basic English don't answer the phone I didn't get a refund or even my order remade they forgot my frys and made my burger wrong the tick was right but the wrong buyer was in the box never coming back would have 0 stats if I could
Having been cheated out of proper change because the employee manning the drive through dropped part of the money I handed him I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!

I went too McDonald's on 12/5/2024@10 am I ordered a steak bagel with out the egg through drive up, I notice the sandwich was heavy and looked it had egg on it I put a hole in the meat to see if they give me the same sandwich back. I took it back in side of McDonald's the lady took the sandwich too the back and took egg off put a piece of cheese on it and I open the sandwich it was still warm with unmelted cheese I gave it too the manager she took and I told her I will file a complaint I just wanted my money back. She went too the back came back grab the sandwich and said she will get me a new sandwich and stated that I had too wait 3 minutes, 5 minutes she gave me a sandwich and they said sorry, I open it was hot but it was the same meat with the hole in it I chose too file a complaint the Manager was wrong and workers they should be FIRED I am sure this happen several times before
