Never had a problem going here, but the one time doing custom orders and they didn’t follow through. First they come out with just the coffee with no extra drizzle. I showed the lady my order & told her there was no caramel. She comes back with the drink and this is what they gave me. I was going off something I saw and wanted to try. As you can see the coffee was tried (by me) but you can see the bubbles at the top. You can tell the coffee was poured into a different cup when they went back to add the drizzle.
