Lobby is closed which they seem to be the only McDonald’s that has a closed lobby. An egg and cheese McGriddle is the same price as a sausage egg and McGriddle. That makes no sense, jelly packages also cost.

Not impressed. $2.50 for ONE hash brown now! I’m in my 30s but I still remember when you could get two for a $1, same with apple pies.
I hate that they ask if you use the mobile app every single time. If I used it, I will let you know, but stop asking! I’ve had to pull ahead and wait for my food last few times here. I usually just get a chicken sandwich, sausage egg muffin or a McDouble, those are pretty standard and should be pretty much ready to go without a wait. It’s called fast food for a reason. The reason I choose to go there half the time is because I need a meal quickly!

I'm done with this McDonald's I complained because I was waiting 10min in drive thru for my food while others got theirs right away. Got my food and was soggy looked like it was spit in. The manager laughed when I said someone spit in my food. Smh this place should just be shut down for their bad service and nasty old food that takes 10min to get.

It's very bad to arrive at a Macdonald's and not be able to sit down and enjoy your hamburger because it is closed, regardless of the hours, the dining room is always closed.

I don't know what to say for this McDonald's. Because I work in the area, we always come here when we are early. However, today was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this place. I don't know if this person was just tired or she wanted to be lazy, I'm sorry you have to be at McDonald's at 5am, but please have some common sense that you're in the customer service business and you need to flipping act like it. When we go through the drive thru, my husband always likes to order an Arnold Palmer...do they even know what it is? We always explain it's half iced tea and half lemonade. They have always done this for him. And look, if the policy has changed or instructions were made, fine, we understand that can happen, but at a 6am commute, I don't really need or want to hear "we're not going to do that" multiple times when I try to explain you've done it before. If you're going to be rude at 630am, I can be just as rude back. You don't treat your customers like that. If you would have just said "I'm sorry, but we can't make those at the moment" or anything along the lines...enough said. We would understood with a smile. There's a difference when you can be nice and when you're just rude and the interactions you get from customers. Again, sorry you have to do your job...but next time, make sure you train your employees on how to interact with customers...just because you're not getting any inside business doesn't mean it gives your employees a pass to say what they want.

Me and my daughter came here before her cheer Sunday July 28 2024 and had the runs off of fries and cookies . Now I don’t know what one had us sick to our stomachs !!! But it’s a BIG NO for me !! I’m thinking they need new management. Cause ain’t no way!!
