Probably good that they are closing this McDonalds in the near future to make way for a hotel. Like most McDonalds in St. Paul these days, the lobby is permanently closed. A hotel should be a much more friendly development to the area vs. a McDs that caters primarily to vehicular traffic and sells a bunch of environmentally destructive plastic cups that make their way onto every street of St. Paul.

I was unable to eat here due to the lobby being permanently closed. They have a 'walk up' window, but when it's cold out...kinda not a great time to eat outside.

Ordered ahead on the app, trying to pick up dinner on my break from work. I thought the app would move things along. When I arrived, 2 lanes of drive through were not moving. I parked to go inside only to find the dinning room locked. They have a walk up window for curbside and mobile orders…. From the time I placed my order in the app till the time I got my food 40 minutes had passed. Did they forget they are in the Fast Food Business???? Ridiculous. And I don’t fault the young man who was servicing the window, he was doing all he could. This is about poor management.

McDonald's keeps going more and more downhill as far as service with their newer automated stuff there seems to be a lot more errors with orders. Last four times I ordered DoorDash with McDonald's My orders were wrong

These people are rediculous. The lady working their with the big eyelashes is a mess! So much disrepect and all I wanted was food. Than it took 10 minutes for a big mac! Nothing but gold jewelry wearing immigrants that do not respect anything. I was spending fare currency, I did not say anything but a order I wanted. They do not need to be working there. If the regional manager is reading these comments, get rid of these people. I will get the ladies name next time I go, because she always is there.

OMG!!! Just left this McDonald's from H*LL!!! I went to the walk up window to place an order..waited 15 mins before anyone came. Then I had online coupon which stated free Big Mac with $purchase...some of you may know this one. Anyway worker insisted I needed to order a Big Mac in order to get free one...she was completely wrong and tried to make ne leave. I managed to get her get a nanager in which she told this employee I was right. However after I finally managed to get my order straight...I had an arch card in which now they told me they wouldn't take because it didn't swipe right...it was a little damaged on swipe strip...so I simply said just punch in the card...which everyone know is easy to do. BUT these 2 employees didn't understand or were obviously not trained in right ...sadly neither understood much English either. Now that I'm upset they kept refusing me and refusing to answer my questions & wouldn't listen to anything I tried to explain in English to them. They just kept ignoring me or asked me to leave when I never raised my voice or did anything disrespectful. I just wanted them to take my arch card which I verified online more than once. I couldn't even use my coupon again because it said I had already did and had to wait now...at this point I'm refused service because they didn't know how to use an arch card for payment...this isn't 1st time I had issues at6 this McDonald's however it was the worst time by far! LAST TIME IM GOING THERE FOR SURE!!! 100 % Most unprofessional manager on duty and employee at walk up window I ever encountered. I knew more about how to work their till then they did. I have never been treated so rude just because they didn't know how to do there job. I'm so flabbergasted that either of these 2 woman were even hired in 1st place...complete lack of common sense. Professional public service has completely left this earth I swear!!!

Multiple people standing around where you order your food very sketchy, staring at you walking around, making you feel very uncomfortable and you tell the person at the window and they don't even say a word and don't care and just shut the window after u pay. All she said was the price and that's it. People were siting on the ground as well right next to ware u order.
