Management is incompetent. I get having young people start somewhere but this place is ridiculous.
Two stops today, same location...
1) At approx 8:45 AM I ordered peppermint hot chocolate, received coffee. (The rest of the order was correct - Big Breakfast w/o hotcakes + Bacon, Egg, & Cheese McGriddle + Iced Peppermint Mocha.)
2) Returned and, after a wait, I finally received a peppermint hot chocolate. NOT mixed at all. All of flavor was in syrup form in the bottom of the cup.
3) 2:45 PM ordered 2 meals. Drove to the 1st drive thru window...

The drive-through was friendly, and the food was hot, needing to cool. Even a dog enjoyed the french fries, finding them not as salty.
