so there i was, stopping by mcdonald’s just so i could get a large fry with buffalo sauce, but little did i know what would await me. i place the order at 12:18 pm and sit there and wait, my friend also ordered the same thing at maybe 12:17 (a.k.a. basically the same time), so we sit and wait and 5 mins later he gets his fry’s but i don’t get anything, so we wait and wait and still nothing, it took about 40 minutes until i gave up waiting and left. never getting food there again, how long does it take to make a large fry and find a buffalo sauce packet.

Went to the drive thru and there was a huge sign that said "Grab a Double Big Mac" so I orders one and the lady taking the order says "We don't have that. There is no such thing as a double big mac", and proceeded to recommend me a double quarter pounder deluxe 😂😂😂

Drive-thru service was awful. At the ordering menu, the guy started with "Go ahead" and the rest of the interaction was equally unprofessional. We pull up to the window, pay, and say no when asked if we want a receipt. He hands back the card and closes the window so we pull forward. At the pick up window, the lady hands us the wrong drinks and closes the window. When she came back, we explained the order was wrong and she asked why we paid for the wrong order. Then she hands us a bag with our food order, walks away again. Then comes back and starts to yell at us for not paying at all. Another woman comes to check on the situation and she asks why we don't know what we ordered (we did). She ends up fixing it all. Turns out it was a bad swipe and payment didn't go through, but why hand back the card and close the window and then why not communicate this nicely. They were not busy at all at the time.

Went on November 27th 2024 about 4:15pm. Food service was super slow but they were busy. One lady was nice checking in to see if I had my frappe which I did not. But the lady working the fries was not wearing gloves or a hair net. And I found a tiny hair in my fries. I used to work at several fastfood places and you're supposed to wear gloves and a hair net. And now I am very sick cause she was not wearing gloves

My wife and I showed up at 7am and the manager had her back towards us, ignoring to unlock the door. When we walked away 5-10 later; she finally decided to unlock it. She would t make eye contact and was completely rude about our order.

I will do the owner a favor. My wife is a manager next door at the memory care community on Alton. We will never come into this establishment again and would never recommend it to anyone. The manager was yelling and the whole store could hear her from the kitchen. My wife and I never felt so discriminated and disrespected. We won’t be going back there. It was a bad experience.

Dirty girl brought food out smelled like she hasn’t showered in DAYS. Open my bag and there’s a bite taken out of the nugget, no joke I think it was the big one that out the food. Took her longer to walk from the door to my car than it took to make the food.
