I think they should have a screen in front of the registers so you know what your ordering. It's hard understanding the cashier when she speaks too fast also while wearing a mask and having glass in between. Or open the Kiosk.
Absolutely horrible customer service the assistant manager could care less about anything that you say sad at a window for two minutes nobody showed up at the first window to take money go to the second window sat there for 2 to 3 minutes then somebody came up and told me my total was 30 something and didn’t have a clue what was going on didn’t even get the egg right order that we should’ve gotten the store could care less about what you want. So sitting in the drive thru waiting for our food which was fairly slow I look up and I see a lady in street clothes and 2 little children making them selfs McFlurry’s. Well I know the standard is to not have 2 children under 5 in a kitchen... very unsanitary and unsafe. I asked to speak with the manager and low and behold the lady with the children in the kitchen comes to speak to me.
