Everything is very good, but I have to highlight 2 things, there is a man called Abimael LATINO who is very kind and collaborative, and the service is from the American staff who are very interested in assisting us even knowing that they do not understand us very well and we do not, well at least I do not either but very willing to help us, the truth is that I always go there Excellent service, thank you

I occasionally come here for food and usually never have any problems. Last week when I got a happy meal for my 5yo through the drive thru, I arrived home and the toy was missing. As a parent, I calmed him down and made a note to ask for it the next time I got food from there.

Today I went in for food and mentioned this. Instead of handling this properly, the manager said that I should have either called the restaurant to make a complaint or drove back for the toy right away so they cannot give me a toy. This annoyed me so I just said they can keep it. Since when did McD's get so stingy?

Very irritated with the lack of care they showed this morning. My fiancé went to the drive-through At close to 7 o’clock am and no one was ahead of us. We pulled up to the order menu and nobody said anything. A car pulled beside us At the other menu and they were helped right away. Then they asked Us what we wanted to order. I told them one second and my fiancé immediately started ordering. No one was responded. We asked them if they got the order, and no one said anything. Then another car at the second menu passed us. It’s irritating that two orders were taken before ours and we were the first ones there. Once we got to the window, there was such a lack of carelessness for the fact that we had to wait longer than we should have. All he got was one bagel, egg, and cheese sandwich and a vanilla iced coffee. There is always an issue at this location for some reason whether the line is long or short.

Ordered on the app for pick up and I've been waiting over 15 minutes for it to be ready AFTER I got here and still havent gotten my food. Slow service and it has NOT been the only time this has happened. If you want McDonald's, pick a different location.

Idk how hard it is to say what window to pull up to agyer paying....
I pulled up to the 1st pickup window, sat there for 5 minutes with people walking past, figured "oh maybe im supposed to go to the second window".

Guy behind me pulls to the first 1st pickup window, gets my food and luckily says, "oh wait i think this isn't mine". I sit for another 5 minutes waiting for them to figure it out. Morons.

I work near this McDonald's, and me and my co-workers go there quite often, and recently, every time we go, there is some kind of issue, but today was probably the worst experience I've had yet. Me and a coworkers placed an order for counter pick up at 10:40. I went in at eleven o'clock and stood at the counter and waited. About 5 minutes went by without anybody saying a word to me. After me trying to get somebody's attention. Then finally at about 11:10 I finally forced the woman to stop and ask how long it'll be for my food to get ready and she said, oh well, the one were out of something for it, so we couldn't make it. We never got informed about that or anything like that. And I asked her if she could make something else, and my order hadn't even been started yet, and at this point, we're thirty minutes since the order was placed and they started working on my co-workers and mine orders. I finally get the food at 11 20 40 minutes later after placing the order and 20 minutes after standing there waiting being ignored. I bring the food back, and my coffee was burnt and bitter and tasted awful. And I thought about going back, but every time we've done that in the past, we just get ignored or told they don't care, or they don't have a solution. This mcdonald's is repeatedly the worst experience i've ever had with restaurants in my life week after week.

This place sucks. I avoid every time i can but it’s the closest to my job. They didn’t put egg on my sausage egg and cheese. And that is just one of the many problems you face at this mcdonalds. Constatly wrong orders. Rude employees and really long wait time.

Really sucks when you’re looking forward to your food only for them to mess it up. There’s never any recourse either, sure I could call and complain but that just makes me more upset because then I have to explain to them that this job isn’t hard. Reading the screen and making what it says, isn’t hard. Being the bagger, reading the screen and putting the correct items into the bag, isn’t hard. Why is making a cheeseburger so difficult for these people?
