My child had received a McDonalds gift card as a gift that we tried to use. The giftcard was a bit bent so it wouldn’t swipe properly. Not only were we unable to use it simply because it wouldn’t swipe, but when we kindly tried to ask the manager if there was a way to manually put it in, the manager on duty was incredibly rude and blatantly rolled her eyes at us several times. I have rarely encountered a manager so disrespectful and unprofessional.

I never had an issue with ordering in the afternoon or the food. However the morning was quite frustrating since the women in the intercom drive thru wasnt friendly and she completely got my order wrong and made it difficult to order. I wanted a mcgriddle sandwich and a breakfast sausage burrito. But she proceeded to ask which kind ??? But all I wanted was just a mcgriddle sandwich and the sausage burrito. the mcgriddle sandwich that comes with pancake as the bread... But she misheard me somehow and just entered in the pancakes only with no egg or sausage ??? Like what?????? I had to tell her so many times that I just want the sandwich but she just gave me the pancakes. How disappointing.

For dietary reasons I don't eat McDonald's. My daughter loves the play place and eating a happy meal.
The team here is helpful and friendly. The dining room and bathroom is clean. I particularly was appreciative that they hire staff with developmental needs. It shows they care about being inclusive which is something I treasure.

They didn't have fountain drinks available so I had to order a lemonade. Went to get a refill and was denied a refill! Wasn't my fault their machine was broken!!

I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through to get my food. I had to call and tell them I was still waiting for my food. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and two hashbrowns it should have not taken that long. I will not be going there again.
