Says online they are open 24 hours, came at 2 am. There were obviously people inside, but the drive through was closed off with cones, and the door was locked, and nobody answered the doorbell. The app was closed as well.

This is the worst mc Donald that ever existed. The food here dont even taste like mc Donald food, that's how bad it is. It tastes like yesterday burger and fries with water down pop. Sheese

Drive thru rarely gets orders correct. None of the McDuffies franchises do.
They miss 2 Mcgriddle on my order in drive thru when handing my food to send me off. Employee told me pull to the next window to wait as they're prepping it now. Waited there for 20 mins and same employee that handed my food came to ask what your waiting on. I lost it, kept my composure show him my receipt told them that ya miss 2 Mcgriddle on my order. Employee say oh I'll go check, waited another 10 mins minutes till I got my Mcgriddle. Other food that I order got cold. Bad service and no communication at all.

The drive thru takes forever everytime I go. You have to say hello or you just sit at the microphone. And now the lobby is closed all the time like they don’t wanna work. This place is just going downhill for the past year.

Super fast, they checked to see if i was good before my order was up. I preordered in the car and less than 2 minutes it was up. The food is so fresh Amazing team here.
