This place is very nice, the food was amazing , and the service was excellent and prices were great for the portions we ordered. At the start Danny serves you bread which was nice , fresh, and soft and the pasta was a perfect texture with a nice flavored sauce. I live in Floral Park about 45 minutes away and would drive back to this place with no hesitation, strongly recommend .

It's the one of a kind light crispy crust that they cook to perfection every single time, for me personally...but you won't know till you know for yourself that some nights that Michael's just hit different!

I've never been disappointed w/Michael's....til now. It was a Sat nite, early, 5pm. Ordered a L pepperoni, they said 45 min. That's normal. Till now, it never showed up. I have read the reviews 4 Michael's....this isn't isolated. 2 bad, it's very good pizza....no more.

1st time eating their pizza, really great, will return to buy, and enjoy again, and again, nicely spiced, Thin crust was decent, ingredients, were plentiful, tasty, hot, perfectly done and spiced, just very excited about it and thankful for them, great selection of menu items too? Ordered delivery. The pizza was really solid but the wings were incredible!
I order a 16" today (6.30.24) and it said eta 8:33pm. Well we waited and then 8:56p.m I called. The guy out me on hold and answered back to me ,it's just getting out the oven so we should get it soon. 7 mins later ( I live 5 mins away so no biggie) why does the temp of the pizza taste like it's been sitting for 45 mins? I had a long day of moving and just wanted something quick and hot. I shouldn't have to put it back in my oven so the cheese can be melted and hot. Flavor is good but I should have read the reviews. The delivery guy was nice.

Embarrassing service to say the least.Made an online for delivery and they told us 40 minutes...after 1 hour of waiting we called to check and they said "it's in the oven". After another hour of waiting we called again and they told us they canceled the order with no explaination or apology and all he said was "oh sorry the driver should have called you" didn't realize it was the drivers responsibility to do that...They also didn't offer a refund and when asked his response was "oh sorry I don't know how to do that"Good job guys. First and only time I try to get food from you. Far better options out there.
