Ordered at 950, app said it would be to me at 1023 and did not get to me till 11 and by that time it is getting all soggy in the box!! soggy as all hell and now I have to put this crap back in the oven...anytime they give someone food this soggy and bad should be remade or givin for free. Just what I wanted after working 12 hours

Great portions, good prices. It is more of a take-out restaurant and we ended up wanting to eat there. The food was good.

Loved Michael (and his pizza) when I was growing up and now it's the only thing I crave when I'm not home! Thank you for continuing on his legacy with Pride! 🫶🏾❤️ Wonderful food, especially the pizza, but the onion rings and burgers and their fried chicken are sooo good too! I gotta rotate every few weeks on what to get cause everything is so yummy here!

I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings, the cheeseburger was really good but the onion rings were undercooked and soggy - I'll definitely keep ordering but not the onion rings

This place is very nice, the food was amazing , and the service was excellent and prices were great for the portions we ordered. At the start Danny serves you bread which was nice , fresh, and soft and the pasta was a perfect texture with a nice flavored sauce. I live in Floral Park about 45 minutes away and would drive back to this place with no hesitation, strongly recommend .

I was just blessed with the most transcendent pizza journey with my taste buds! I am a long time Michael's Pizza patron and nights like tonight I remember why. There can only be one Michael's Pizza! It's the one of a kind light crispy crust that they cook to perfection every single time, for me personally...but you won't know till you know for yourself that some nights that Michael's just hit different!

I've never been disappointed w/Michael's....til now. It was a Sat nite, early, 5pm. Ordered a L pepperoni, they said 45 min. That's normal. Till now, it never showed up. I have read the reviews 4 Michael's....this isn't isolated. 2 bad, it's very good pizza....no more.

1st time eating their pizza, really great, will return to buy, and enjoy again, and again, nicely spiced, Thin crust was decent, ingredients, were plentiful, tasty, hot, perfectly done and spiced, just very excited about it and thankful for them, great selection of menu items too? Moved into the area and gave this place a totally fair shot since it's across the street from me. Ordered 6 times....5 of the 6 times, there was a problem. Here are the 5 problems from the 5 orders: 1. 8 piece wings...got them home and the lid had come off the sauce and dumped all over the bottom of the to go box. an annoyance but no worries 2. ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza...got a sausage and mushroom pizza. 3. ordered 4 piece all white meat chicken and fries.....fries were cold...I mean scandalously cold and old like the people there stopped caring a long time ago....and one of the 2 breasts was obviously half the size and mangled up...they don't care...they serve that anyway. 4. ordered a spaghetti and meatballs dinner....meatballs cold in the middle and the dish was very very salty....too salty....like someone there has no sense of taste or doesn't care..... 5. reordered the pizza they messed up but instead of replacing it, they gave me credit for the pizza on their rewards program, but did this without including the tax I paid....so when I got there to pay, the couldn't do the transaction because the tax was about 2 dollars and I had to pay at least 5 dollars to use my card. This place is a joke...they stopped caring long ago and you see it in their trash reviews. Oh...and the place is filthy when you walk in....they don't care about cleanliness at all....that's what we can see walking in....imagine their standards in the back.
