Great restaurant and really good food but they ONLY use QR codes. Its infuriating. Every time you try to maneuver the app pop ups offering you desserts and more popups. Plus you have to order everything you want at once other wise pay 2 or 3 separate times. QR codes do not work - its literally just an overhead saving technique that makes customers and staff miserable. Get rid of em!
This establishment was a hidden wonder. I walked into the Sky Lounge expecting to be greeted with friendly arms, but instead my 16 year old daughter was denied access. As a card holder for 30 years, I was understandably upset. We descended down the elevator, utterly heartbroken, and came face to face with Mill City Tavern. Not only was the customer service impecable but the food was extravagant. I’ve never had such a beautifully plated breakfast item at an airport! The taste...
Just because you have to pay over inflated prices at the airport doesn’t mean you should have to eat poorly cooked food. Had breakfast and the eggs had been sitting, the tater tots were over cooked, and the bacon was in pieces. Service was slow and there were not that many customers. Unfortunately, there were not many other options.
