Horrible, horrible experience!!! The Delta airline did such a great job getting us 15 minutes earlier so we can get in time to our connecting flight, but noooo the freaking MSP airport didn’t have the ramp ready, so we got off late, the agent at gate said the cart can take us to the other side of the airport, well the cart driver said it wasn’t his problem, when asked what is the best way to get there faster, he said he didn’t know, the other cart driver who again refused to take us, sent us the wrong way!!! MINNEAPOLIS-SAINT PAUL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you gotta do much better training your employees to first treat travelers with a little more kindness and compassion because a lot of us travel in stress and and really would like to see a little more help from the people who supposedly should know at least how to navigate through the airport. The worst part was to see the same cart driver took other people to the same flight as we (me and two of my underage daughters) were approaching the gate in sweat and almost tears… this was extremely frustrating to see that, even harder to try and explain to my kids why this unjust thing happened. This is completely unacceptable MSP!!! Please do better job at getting your employees to be a little more helpful and kind, or at least fair. If you reject taking someone to the other side of the terminal, please don’t go ahead and just take the next (completely healthy and not old) family to the SAME place where the first ones are heading!!!! Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting

They sell Farmer’s Fridge items at a 30% markup from the vending machine down the hall. I kind of thinking they are buying Farmers Fridge salads and sandwiches from the vending machines and jacking up the prices.

Their staff did excellent job as sighted guide since I am DeafBlind- I was at the airport to welcome Naphessa Collier & Coach Cheryl Reeves back from Paris Olympics with Lynx season members & entire team. Even Delta baggage claim attendant did amazing job tying to figure when their flight would come in. I’d recommend MSP airport. Even though I’ve heard many horror stories about DeafBlind people being offered wheelchair and such but not in my experince! They even use written communication on my white board as well.

asked about a sandwich and said I wanted to get it. waited about fifteen min and said oh i’m just waiting. woman told me that I didn’t order, just asked about it. I literally asked and said perfect i’ll take it. rude old lady and rude staff. Wish this airport had way more options.

Been in line for 15 minutes and the whole staff disappeared leaving the cook alone and no one help us of took our order. Left about 10 customers standing in line. Customer service I'd nonexistent in today's world.
