Had high expectations that were disappointed. Went in for Father's Day with my group of 4. There were several open tables and plenty of staff, but service was disorganized and not attentive. On two occasions we had to reach out for a server ... And we are not high maintenance and were not in a rush. I used to work in restaurants. Food was good, but not great. We'll give it another try, but not rushing back

We made a trip to Minneapolis to visit family and this neighborhood Italian place was on our radar. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, food was plated beautifully and delicious. Wine selection was good. One of the best meals we have ever had in the cities. We’ll be going back.

This italian hole in the wall is the perfect balance of casual and upscale. Appropriate for a nice date or small celebration. We brought my parents here as their christmas gift. The food is so so good. The bucatini and brown butter ravioli are current favorites. The lasagna is also a top favorite. The wine list isn't extensive but really excellent and my server had great recommendations. The cocktails are good and my husband especially likes their "mucci juice" It's also a summer favorite because of the beautiful patio. The tiramisu and cherry cheesecake were fantastic as well. The servers are the kind that know what they're doing and know how to enhance your meal, real professionals. Who ever is doing the hiring knows what they're doing. Keep it up and we keep coming back!
Vegetarian options: Many of the pasta dishes are vegetarian with the option to add protein.
Parking: Street parking is available but may be a short walk
Kid-friendliness: It's not a place I would recommend to bring kids. It's small and intimate

My partner and I have made it a tradition to eat here once a year. A little on the higher end for date night for us, but the service and good are always truly spectacular. As the menu changes it's hard to give recommendations but if you'd like a pasta dish you can do no wrong. I've heard the pizza slaps although I've never tried it. Anyways dope spot definitely a great date night place!

Always enjoy time spent at Mucci's. The ambience is warm and inviting. The service is always top notch and the food is always beyond amazing. My all time go-to is Hangover Kale🍽.
We were excited to try this place. When we arrived there was ample parking. We got there a few minutes late and was immediately told we would need to finish our meal im about 1 hr and 15 minutes for the next reservation. This was off putting. The decor was underwhelming. A small black box with some hanging plants and maybe 12 tables. The tables were so close our neighbors shared in our conversation frequently. The waitress was nice and very knowledgeable. We ordered the calamari which was meh. My husband got the mushroom pizza special which had a fantastic dough but too many ingredients. I had the bucatini which was 1 part noodles and 2 parts sauce. The noodles were cooked to perfect but the sauce was heavy and sank to the bottom of the bowl. Large proportion sizes and decent prices. Overall I'm glad we tried it but won't be coming back.

This place is amazing! This was my second time at Muuci’s and I can’t say enough good things about it. The lasagna is SO good and a very generous portion. I tried my friends Bucatini and was a little jealous because it was equally as delicious. We also shared some calamari and focaccia bread - both perfect.
Not only is the food superb, the service and ambiance is excellent as well. We forgot our boxed leftovers at the table and the waitress ran outside in the cold to give us our food. So good!

We had dinner here, and the food was great. The bucatini, lasagna, garlic montanara, and house salad were delicious and very filling. The service we received from the wait staff was excellent--everyone was friendly and efficient.
Our main complaint is that despite having made reservations in advance, we were seated at the bar. This in itself wouldn't have been too bad, except that the seats at the bar are poorly designed and uncomfortable. Also, the view from the bar is unappealing. The kitchen is partially visible through a window, but the majority of the view is of a cluttered countertop with a sink, registers, etc. Unfortunately, being seated there detracted greatly from what could have otherwise been a fantastic dinner.
We would consider going again, but only if we were seated at a regular table.
The food quality has gone down as the portion sizes have gone up. Not a good trade. Ah well. Everything is too salty for my taste also.
The ravioli was fantastic though, so maybe get the stuffed pasta - I bet you get higher quality and a sane serving size because it takes more care & time to make
