Online it told me I can do a walk in because it would allow me to schedule an appointment online for a name change. I went to the office and they wouldn’t take me in without an appt even though on the website it says you can do a walk in for a name change. No one around to ask questions, there’s a specific note on the door not to knock
The hardest part was actually getting an appointment, but the actual visit went very smoothly and only took about 10 minutes to get fingerprinted and have them walk through how the program works. Right by baggage claim 11.
Went in and was kindly greeted. 1 star because the worst went wrong with our case! The lady put my finger prints on my boyfriend's account by accident so she told us to leave b/c there was nothing else for them to do. She said she'll send it up the higher ups and they will have to clear the fingerprints and will email us to come back w/o an appointment once that is done which should b in 1 month. It's been over 1 month and we still haven't heard back from them via email per the lady. I also called and left a voicemail in case they forgot to email us but of course they haven't responded to that yet either. Yes, mistakes happen but it's an inconvenience for us because now we have to drive back 40 mins+, pay for parking, the hassle of going through the airport and all that. I am not happy and they better compensate us for gas and time!! On top of that, we have a trip coming up in about 3 weeks.

The officer taking interview was very nice. There were some construction/fan noises on the background that was making it hard for us to hear him but overall, the interview went great.The slot for interview is very hard to find so I highly recommend using third party trackers to get higher chance of finding an interview slot quickly. For reference, we got interview in two weeks once we filed the application.
Go to Arrivals Terminal 1, door 5, baggage claim 10, look to the left for the sign on the ceiling.
Right by Baggage Claim 11, in the main terminal #1. It's a convenience and quick process, once you get an appointment.
Fast service, I was there to update my information and officer was prompt and to help me, and was quick process.

My appointment was canceled for no reason. I called them started from the office time for 1 hour and no one answer.
I was early for my appointment and they invited me right in. Friendly fast and knowledgeable. My kind of five star.
