Staff messed up my order - gave me Tofu in my noodles rather than Chicken. Was also threatening, the cashier came up to me sitting at my table talking trash because the football team on my hat lost to theirs the previous Sunday. Will not be returning to this location, which is a shame because it's the one right by my house! Had much better experiences at the Highland Noodles & Co.

This is a great location of Noodles and Company, the staff is fantastic, friendly and welcoming. This location is clean and you can dine in or take your food to go. They are fast at preparing the food, so you don't have to wait for a long time. I recommend this location and staff.

Visited during lunch and they were fairly busy. Cashier was very friendly and the space was clean. I got a free drink due to me having to wait awhile for my food.

One our go-to foods that everyone in the family loves! Service is excellent and food is always good!
The girl at the register was cranky as heck and let us know. And then rushed our food and handed us a bag with spilled food and sauce all over. Didn’t apologize and rudely handed us a new bag and sauce STILL WOTH THE LID OFF. people don’t care about anyone, if you don’t like your job. QUIT.

Despite still being open for 30 more minutes, the staff kept trying to get us to leave when we were eating. (By hovering, kept reminding us over and over they closed soon, etc) The food was fine, nothing special. The location was a bit dirty- floors were sticky and soda machine was gross. Maybe just a one-off bad time. Hopefully better next time.

I started boycotting this place after they gave me a gross watery chicken Caesar salad but I've been giving them a another chance recently and the food has gotten better but the atmosphere has gone downhill. It's just starting to get uncomfortable to eat here. I really don't like being hit up for money while I'm trying to eat, and this has happened multiple times, seeing arguments break out, people getting kicked out of the bathrooms or watching a guy eat out of the trash. The food just isn't worth going there anymore.
