This was a great place to eat. We especially liked the brunches. Unfortunately, it has closed, and will not be reopening.

Excellent service. Good food. Loved the menu and the atmosphere. A+ on the interior design details and aesthetic.

Ambience gives it three stars. If it weren't for that, 1 or 2 would be appropriate. I was told the oysters were large. My pinky fingernail was larger. The burger was dry, leathery and bland with a hard, stale bun and a slice of red onion about 1.5 inches thick. Brussels sprouts did not look or taste like brussels sprouts. Onion rings were basically just batter. There was hardly any onion. All of our food was just not good at all and the server made no effort to correct the problems. He also did absolutely nothing for our wive's birthdays, even though he and the hostess were told multiple times. Cocktails at the bar were solid and the downstairs area was a fun spot for post-meal beverages and live music. I would never go back for the food, but the drinks and music were decent.

Absolutely phenomenal. The beers were alright, cocktails very good, entrees incredible, and the desserts as good as the entrees. Andy was a great server. This place earned a “must go” any time we come back to Minneapolis

Friday night dinner at Noyes was awesome. Seated right away by Jorge (awesome guy!) and then served by Mel (equally as awesome!). Mel made fantastic menu suggestions to answer a couple of questions my wife and I had. We love the space, design and view the location offers. But the food is the real star. We both ordered the halibut and added the brussel sprouts. Fantatic!! Thanks for great night!!

Fabulous drinks and flavorful food. High ceilings can create a louder environment, but it was not busy the night we were there. Beautiful patio with great view of Mears Park. Unique menu is priced comparable to other fine dining restaurants. We will definitely go back.

Rib eye steak was delicious. Cod & filet were good. Old Fashioned cocktail was very good. Ambiance was a little plain. Could have used some texture or something to make it look more cozy. Wait staff was great! Very attentive and efficient.

First off, the staff was excellent in all respects. I cannot give them enough praise. Ambience was very nice. Food was tasty and plenty of it. I will return to Noyes & Cutler again. I do have one suggestion. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE AN ASSORTMENT OF BREAKFAST BREADS/BREAKFAST ROLLS AVAILABLE. THINGS LIKE BREAKFAST BREAD ROLLS, BREAKFAST BUNS, VARIOUS BREADS/BAGELS (AND DO NOT FORGET THE BUTTER). That was the only thing missing. If they were there, I did not see them. Well done and I was very impressed. Great job. Steven

Very good, fairly expensive, I highly recommend the steak, lobster, oysters and macaroni (OMG). Don't recommend the roast beef sandwich, it was very herby, all i could taste is the rosemary.

We came for the buffet- it was delicious. The clam chowder soup was one of the best I've ever eaten. I don't mean that it was good” for Minnesota” it would be welcomed in Cape Ann! Service was, as always, really good. Five stars!

The brunch was very good, but overlooking some small things results in a less than 5 star rating. First of all, I do not believe that the value was there. This brunch was not worth $40. There were many small things missed. For example, the plates on the buffet were very WET from the dish washer. The yokes of the eggs in the eggs benedict were cooked hard, probably the result of sitting on a buffet table for too long. The chocolate dipped strawberries were sitting on a wet platter (condensation?) and were awful. On the plus side, our server was very attentive as were all the staff.

The things I didn’t like: We had the 32 oz porterhouse cut of the day. Steak is steak to me but my partner didn’t like that part of it was med rare and other parts well done. We also didn’t feel like there was a great flavor to the crust I think the chimmichuri sauce wasn’t as good as other places and my partner didn’t like his lobster tail.Things I really liked:We had excellent mashed potato’s, broccolini, drinks were delightful, the dessert was lovely (we got beignets and a crème brûlée pudding) and the coffee was some of the best coffee I’ve had at a restaurant. Our service was excellent, I forgot the servers name but she was really funny and made the night a good time.I loved the ambiance and the bathrooms are very nice except the handicap stall in the women’s room doesn’t lock.Overall I would definitely come back again, but I’d probably try a different cut of meat.

I brought my fiance, my mother and future mother in law for mother's day. It was a little pricier than normal but what do you expect and also pretty busy and I'm sure noisier than usual but, again you kind of have to expect that on holidays. The majority of the food was amazing! There were a few things that weren't my cup of tea (don't mess with the classics) but hey, you can't love everything. I'll definitely be back. This was the best Sunday brunch buffet that I've had in a LONG time if not ever and I go to one generally every Sunday. No more Lake Elmo Inn for this guy. Oh! And they do their brunch on Saturday AND Sunday! Hallelujah!!!
