Rolls were very loose and all fell apart when eating, very messy. Quality was ok but you can get better for a lower price many other places.

I have never waited so long for an order placed a head of time. I placed an online order almost an hour ahead of time and showed up at the pick up time with no one there. I waited almost half an hour for anyone to show up to give me my order. Every sign in the place said they’d were open but there was no one there. All I got was an empty apology. I won’t be ordering from here again

I ordered the orange roll simply because I love the color orange, but it was actually very good, normally I only eat at a different sushi place nearby but I think I’ll try and make it to the mall more often to eat here, I like the casual sitting at the bar counter. I also got the pork bun which was very good as well.

My husband and I just ate here for lunch and we really enjoyed the spicy poke bowls and rainbow roll. Very fresh and kind/prompt service.

Far beyond expectations for sushi at a mall. Clean, relaxed environment. Food was terrific. Especially the spicy crunchy tuna roll. The chef/owner is very friendly and knows what he's doing... 10+ years experience at different places and he's put all the tricks he's learned to good use here. Recommend!

I was here just the other day, and was so excited to try this restaurant. Especially since they had just opened. It seemed to be the best time since not only did they just open for the day, but it seemed we were the first customers as well. I really liked how they really had several menu items to choose from. It took me several minutes, before I was ready as there seemed to be a few different items that I really wanted to choose from. Of course I decided on the Omega sushi combo as they not only had salmon, but avocado as well. It was fun after I ordered to see a true artist at work, as they made my meal. Now this was something I could sink my teeth into, as everything tasted fresh, and the aromas didn't really a fishy smell at all. Now this was something that tasted really good. Plus it still tasted fresh, with a really nice aroma after I got home. I plan on going back, to help support a really friendly and cool business owner who was fun to chat with.

Very fresh and delicious. I think it's well priced for the serving size. The owner will need to organize his place in time or possibly hire a helper, it's hard being a 1 man show. Otherwise I was very happy with my order it came quickly as well!
The food is exceptional, not what you'd expect at a mall kiosk. The chef is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend that if you love Japanese food, you give it a try!

This is a great little place in a quiet spot in the center of Maplewood Mall. The sushi is very fresh and tasty, and some of the best I've ever had. The owner is quick to prepare and friendly. You can't go wrong with the pricing for how good the quality of the sushi is. Easily recommended!
