Today was my first time coming to the bakery, and I must say I was not disappointed. The Spinach Feta Cheese and Walnut Croissant was so flaky, buttery and good. I also brought a loaf of La Brioche Bread which I hope is just as delicious as the store brought brand I had .
No photo of the croissant because it was so good. Today 2/17/25 I tried the ham and cheese croissant it was delicious. And of course I got my favorite the spinach with feta cheese and walnut croissant again.

I am an Apple fritter snob and have tried them all over the Twin Cities and whenever I travel and I can tell you that Marguerite’s is the best. Crispy, great apple/dough ratio! Simply delicious

Very cute, cozy shop, and it smells amazing! Greeted as i walked in & helped immediately! Got a too good to go box, get there early for the best items, i got 14(!) Sweet treats for $7! There was another stripey cake donut, but i ate it. If the baked goods are dry, i would recommend a light mist of water & reheating in an air fryer or low broiler. Makes them taste brand new 🥹

The closest I have found to a true French bakery! Everything is delicious. And the service is amazing. Regular stop for me now.

I did a Toogoodtogo order for $7 and received two dry croissants, one extremely dry savory croissant, an unknown muffin flavor, and a sad excuse of a chocolate croissant. I think the food is just genuinely not good nor high quality like the impressions they present on the website. I was excited to save food waste but it’s like cmon it’s all deathly dry, old, poor variety, and it’s all thrown into one bag. So I got this garlic croissant all over my unknown sweet muffin. I was so excited and this was a huge let down. This is food that should’ve been given away for free. Also if you check the picture of the muffin it looks like someone took a bite lol. I’m not eating any of this.

I think the name is a bit ambitious. I was expecting quality pastries, and I assumed they would be mildly French. I ended up getting a couple doughnuts and other assorted pastries. They tasted a few days old: stale and honestly hard to chew. I purchased one that looked like an eclair, but there was no cream in the middle.

Seems like a nice place and everyone was friendly. But one could find better pastries at several places in the city.

P.J. Murphy’s was the bakery I grew up with, it had such good vibes and heart. The baked goods were out of this world. I’m sure the bread or whatever they have now is good and all, but the little boy who used to get monster cookies as a reward in me is very sad that you can’t even call and order them special anymore.

My boyfriend loves pastry shops so we decided to try this place out. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. There was slim selection when we got there at 11. I ordered and ham and cheese croissant and miel latte. My boyfriend got a different pastry and a cold brew. The croissant was alright. It was flaky and had a decent amount of ham and cheese. I am picky with this item, as the one at Bread and Chocolat always loads it up with ham and cheese. The latte was also alright. My boyfriend did not like his pastry and the big disappointment was the cold brew. I worked at a coffee shop for many years and this reminded me of when staff messed up the ratio of water to coffee grounds. This thing was see through. A cold brew is supposed to be more concentrated then iced coffee and this could not even pass as iced coffee. It was extremely watery and should never have been sold. Obviously this is a pastry shop first but people pair pastries with coffee. I doubt that this is what the cold brew looks like everyday and somebody made a mistake, but it should have been dumped and an iced coffee or Americano could have been offered instead.

Cute shop, good croissants, terrible baguettes. I expected at minimum for a French bakery that the baguettes would be fantastic. Nope, dry, dense, and tough and tasted at least a day old. Costco has better, fresher bread.

I stopped by yesterday afternoon for an almond croissant. Had it this morning. I've had better from Cub. Dry, hardly any almond paste inside.
