I’ve been wanting to visit this boulangerie for a while because I’ve lived in France, and love authentic French pastries and bread. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the delicious smell that reminded me of boulangeries in France. I ordered a plain butter croissant, pain au chocolat, the savory spinach-feta-walnut croissant, and a coffee. The savory croissant was very tasty and fresh, and the coffee was great, too. It was a nice day, so I enjoyed sitting on the patio...
Amazing bakery! The women that made my drink was so friendly and helpful, the chocolate croissant and Long john donut I had were very good and tasty. It's almost a good thing I live 15 minutes away because I would gain weight coming here otherwise.
I just want to begin this saying how grateful I am that a bakery like this exists in this part of Saint Paul, let alone at all. Standalone bakeries are incredibly rare now. I will do a lot of things for a donut, even a mediocre one.
But every single pastry I've had here is just so dry. Put some extra butter up in there! Oil! Anything please.
