I didn’t think an everything bagel literally came with everything mold included. lol

Food has taken a dive in goodness and is not as tasty and fresh as it used to be. Coffee is alright and saves it a little.

I have been to other Panera‘s, but this one was very disappointing! I ordered a cinnamon roll and a fruit cup. The cinnamon roll came hard as a rock very difficult to eat. I brought it home and heated it up and that was helpful, but I would not have eaten it at the store. The fruit cup was a joke, of course in the picture it shows many different kinds of fruit, but this cup had only pineapple two squares of honeydew and about six blueberries. I left it there and my friend and I went to another diner. I did order a chai latte and that was good.

A wonderful place for a hot drink on a snowy day
I go to Panera almost every day, the Sip club is a good deal. The employees are pleasant and it’s nice to sit and talk to friends.

I really like the accent of the homeless guy sleeping in the chair in the front window as you come in the front door with his bag of stuff and half drinking coffee sleeping.

We love ordering from Panera. The food is great and the turn around time when placing orders is rather fast. However, this last time that we made a large group order for a rapid pick up, I had to return to notify them that there was a missing meal . The front desk associate Kari had asked me to provide a receipt, so I proceeded to show her the receipt that I received on my email on my phone and then she said no the receipt that’s on the bag, I told her I can ask one of my staff members to take a photo of it and send it via text, she than responded and said “no I need the actual copy of it”. I had to return to my workplace to retrieve the receipt, and returned to Panera, once she saw me she told another staff member at Panera that I needed help. I told the staff member that I had a missing meal and she brought it out without a problem. In the end the physical receipt was never taken from me or looked at upon my return. Given the fact that it’s a rush due to lunch, I feel like this was very poorly handled by Kari at the front and it should’ve been handled differently, especially after not even requiring the physical receipt. Please retrain your front desk associates as having to make 3 trips could’ve been avoided.

I only go to this chain of restaurants. If there's truly no place else to get anything to eat period the food is overpriced and the places are always dirty.

Just ordered door dash and got the chicken Cobb salad and the green goddess dressing taste like it has chemicals in it. I tried to call to let them know they directed me to contact DoorDash.
