All of my experiences at Parlour have been great. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are the absolute best!
Lou was awesome. Food was fantastic! It was fun to see the staff adjust effortlessly to the big post Wild game crowd.
It was okay. The service was good but even with our reservation our table was not ready. The hostess said it might be another half an hour unless we wanted to sit at a high top by the main door. As we were headed to the Wild game, we didn't have an extra half hour to wait.
This was our first time dining at parlor in Saint Paul. We will definitely be back. It's the perfect location before a Minnesota Wild hockey game. Just a five minute walk. The weight staff was attentive and the food was hot and delicious.
That burger changes your entire existence. Outstanding. I bring everyone there before a Wild game and tell them I don't know how to explain why it is so different... it just is... the look on their face after the first bite is always an experience.
Went to Parlour last night for a surprise engagement party. We confirmed the party size (10–12 people) multiple times in advance — by phone and even with a friend stopping in the day before to confirm. On the day of, the staff seemed unaware of the start time (they thought it began at 7 p.m.), so things started off a bit chaotic. We arrived about 15 minutes late since it was a surprise for my partner, but there were no menus or waters ready, and the server appeared overwhelmed. Drink orders were mixed up, and it wasn't clear who was responsible for our table. With only eight guests seated before we arrived, I expected smoother coordination or some management support for the server, who clearly needed help. Once the next server started their shift, things improved somewhat. The burgers were excellent, and the cocktails were decent (around $15–18 each), though my first drink was accidentally spilled by the server while being delivered. The restaurant did comp a bottle of champagne, which was a very kind gesture and appreciated. Overall, while the food was great, the service felt disorganized and stressful for both staff and guests. I wouldn't recommend Parlour for larger groups, but it might be fine for smaller parties or date nights. Definitely disappointed by the experience.
The burgers are fantastic. The cocktails are top notch and very creative. Very cool space inside, very good happy hour deals, and great service. Get the Banana Bread dessert. You will thank me later.
It was an event day, we didn't know so we weren't given a happy hour menu. Afterword they messed up our order and the noise was loud because of all the hockey fans. Food was alright though!
Our server was top notch and the food was solid from the appetizers to the main course to desert. We will be back next week!
Parlour never disappoints! It is a neighborhood gem and worth the trip. The food and service are very good! Highly recommend!

We usually have a great overall experience so this was not expected. We think Parlour has arguably the best burger in the cities. I'm always hesitant to write reviews because I feel that these days you're either told that you should've said something while you were there, or you come off as a "Karen". I hope that isn't the case here, and I apologize if anyone feels I should have asked for a manager during my visit, but things didn't shake out that way. I knew there was a hockey game tonight and we expected it to be busy, which is why I made a reservation. We got there a few minutes before our 6:15 reservation and they were able to move us to the nicer bar area, which was a good start. Everything was normal until our server (who did a great job, but was just in a difficult situation) brought us some complimentary popcorn because it was going to be another 30 minutes before our food came out because of the rush due to the hockey game crowd. I thought making a reservation meant you show up at your reserved time and you don't deal with any extended wait times, but that wasn't the case tonight. So I went outside to put more time on the parking meter, then we waited for another 35 minutes for our meal. The food was good, but not as good as it usually is at parlour. My burger was pretty greasy, which is never the case here. One other thing worth noting - The music in our area kept abruptly changing in the middle of songs and at times the volume was really loud. There were even a few times where annoying joke songs would start then get skipped and it was extremely annoying. We overhead someone mention that a sous chef had access to the spotify and that they were messing with them (not sure if that's true or not). So yeah, not a great experience. Table 407. Check #63. 6:15 reservation. Got there a bit early, order taken at 6:16, food came at about 7:15. Hate to say it but we probably aren't coming back for a while. Again, server was fine - not their fault.
We decided to try here for the first time before a Wild game. We made reservations to ensure we could get sat right away and get in and out before the game started. We got sat right away and got drinks pretty quickly. However, after we ordered our food, we waited almost 40 minutes for our food and really weren't made aware of the long time it would take to get that food (even though the have an event day menu which we thought would have made getting food faster...). The servers response was “I see a lot of movement and clacking in the kitchen so they must be working on it”. We had to scarf down our food very quickly to run over to the arena to get to the game just when it started. Overall, the food was really good, but the service and timing to get food was lacking.
The service was wonderful, as always! Our server was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious Great cocktail of the day and the Beer and a Bump is always a favorite.
Staff was accommodating for walk-in seating, service was great, despite being slammed and, oh yeah... they have the best burger in the universe.
Great food selection, sensitive to food needs, friendly, attentive and understanding staff. For sure check this place out.
