I've heard good things, but was very disappointed. The burger is just ok, the atmosphere is sort of bland, I was expecting something impressive for the price but the food just wasn't very good. The host seemed confused and lost. My waiter seemed annoyed to be helping me.
I was excited to eat here, but it was a pretty big let down. Just meh. A solid 3, and that might be generous.

The burger was fantastic!
Amazing burgers literally so good that everything else could be terrible and it would still be worth going here once in a while. Luckily the ambiance and the service is stellar everybody who works there is like ultra charming and interesting. There is one huge drawback to this place and that is price, the burger has very much earned its $18 tag but $3 for a can of Coke yes you read that right a singular can no refills, 3$ for a ramakin of aioili, a glass of whiskey from a bottle that sells for 50$ but they charged me 25$ for less than a finger.
Just go in, slap the blinders on and get that burger and enjoy this very hip, very welcoming establishment!

As always, food and drinks at Parlour were incredible. Good service. Recommend the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, Mac and cheese, burger and chicken sandwich. Mocktails were delicious, and the group loved their cocktails. Will and Mack were great bartenders and then we moved to a table and had great service from Gemma (sp?).

Amazing place! Great food, and even better service. Our server, Gemma, was extremely helpful and down to earth. She was so kind and warming. She deserves a raise š

The food was delicious, but itās expensive and ultimately not worth the price because of the customer service and atmosphere. We came in during happy hour and were told they are not doing happy hour because there is a wrestling event tomorrow⦠so? The place was almost empty and the hosts were telling everyone single group (as they came in to be sat) that they would need the table back for a reservation later in the night which I found the be very unwelcoming and unprofessional and also unnecessary since, again, the place was empty and they were warning about reservations 2+ hours away. We probably wonāt be back, but the food was really tasty.

Thereās a lot to like at Parlour, and several things that could be improved.
Improvements needed first: this was my second or third visit here, and it was a Friday night and I did not have a reservation, but it was only 5:50 PM and it was a party of two! When we walked in -as soon as they found out, we didnāt have a reservation, āand there were LOTS of tables open- the mood turned icy quickly.
The two hostess people said we could sit at a shared community high top as long as we were gone by 7:00 for an incoming reservation. I asked if they had any low tables because I prefer a low table to high tops and they said no they were all reserved. The overall attitude was that they were doing us a favor by seeing us without a reservation rather than being pleased to see us or friendly, or even apologetic. That needs improvement. We got to our shared community hightop, which was a six person table with two people at one end and us 2 on the other end. It was fine, but it set the mood a tiny bit badly from the hostesses attitudes.
The great:
Our waiter was super friendly, helpful and easy-going. He reminded us that there was still 10 minutes of happy hour if we wanted to order off the happy hour menu and he had good suggestions and the right amount of attentiveness.
We ordered drinks and the deviled eggs and brussels sprouts. Deviled āeggsā is bit of a misnomer as it is only one egg split in half as deviled eggs are served. My husband (who loves deviled eggs,) said it was probably the best one heās ever had and the only downside was he wished there was more. :)
The brussels sprouts come with a Kung Pao chili sauce, which was heavily soy sauce-y and a bit spicier than I like (even with a good spice tolerance for a very pale Minnesotan, lol.) They had a delicious smokiness, but the micro greens on top were unnecessary. The peanuts are a lovely touch. Iād get them again for sure.
We shared an order of fries- very good fries -nice amount of saltiness, but the fries were really clumped together in big chunks, they could improve them by breaking the fries up before dropping them in the fryer.
We also shared their Parlour Burger- which for $18 was well worth it and not much more than a typical burger cost. The burger has a mix of ground chuck, ribeye, and brisket with white American cheese, and two dollars extra for a fried egg on top. Highly recommend!
A friendlier more welcoming attitude upon arrival would go a very long way, but overall pretty good!
Parking: Paid metered street parking, cost can be high if there are events nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp between rooms but mostly high top tables which are not accessible.

Burger almost lived up to the hype. Really delicious, don't get me wrong. Still thinking about that whipped goat cheese, though. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Visited Parlour tonight on the recommendation of a friend, and we left full and impressed! I had the Parlour Burger and my partner had the Walleye dinner. The food was amazing! Our server Samantha was very friendly and had a warm smile, and she alone made our visit! Her appetizer and drink recommendations were top notch! The atmosphere is great, with a cozy vibe. We will be back!
